The very sad thing is that Thais treat driving with no respect, they don't care about license's, nor do they know the RD rules , let alone obey them.

The crack down should go on full time not just for Songkran, the government needs to toughen up and stay serious.

A nation wide TV education campaign is needed as well, forget about drivers loosing face .

As for drunk driving I see falangs do this all the time as well, I do not condone drunk driving but I know that is like playing Russian roulette in NZ as cops are everywhere and you loose your car as well as license, it has become a no -no to drink drive.

People are to scarred to dare to drive drunk now in NZ, the Rd toll has come down dramatically and even came down more with speed limit reductions during festive periods.

Yet some still drink drive, which is crazy in any country.

    what is a falang?

"Falang simplifies the management of multilingual sites - it is much easier to use than the default Joomla! system.  The system allows you to translate all aspects of your site in a dedicated component, element after element, language after language."

She removed it from the 7/11

it was not her property , so arrest her for theft.

and charge her also  for extortion. :bah:

extortion would require the element of threats of violence, bodily harm, etc. Don't think it applies here. But theft may very well apply as this iphone became and was the property of the 7-11 when the finder grabbed it, and would remain the property of 7-11 until the rightful owner came forward to claim it, if found on public property, finder is the sole owner until rightful owner claims it. This is all BNA law and may not apply in Thailand though.

  3. I do say that the law for the number of passengers in ANY vehicle on the road is based on the total number of seat belt restraints installed by the auto manufacturer, which is a safety legislated requirement for a road use certificate. All car manufacturer's must comply to essentially sell their vehicles for public use.

Enforcement is incumbent on the applicable authorities, but not always maintained by some locales, as has been the case it seems in Thailand.

Summation: no seat belt = no passenger allowed. Such a simple concept.

Trump loves Assange now, only because Assange contributed to Trump's win in November.   If Assange published anything which Trump didn't like, Trump would instantly hate Assange.  Trump has the emotional maturity of a 6 year old brat.  Love you one minute, hate you the next, ....all predicated on whether you give him candy or not.

I think Hillary contributed to Mr. Trump's illustrious victory at the same time sealing her fate (with a nudge from JA), after all, if not for her myriad of blunders, she may have prevailed. I guess we all need to hand out that candy to Donald J victory Trump for the next 4 years. it's just the way the cookie crumbles ma dear.
