Just go to the taxi/bus desk as you exit domestic arrivals. There is a regular mini bus service for about 200 baht ?? But you'll have to wait until the bus has a near full load, and then bus has to go round all the hotel, so could take as long as 2 hours to get to your destination. If 2 persons it almost the same as a meter taxi price.

the regulat mini bus costs 150 baht from the airport to Patong .

The last time in september i needed to overpass the exit counter because of too many limo toots in front of it.

i found a small counter dealing with the bus tickets just out of the airport.

u can also ask your hotel's staff who may be able to book a ticket for you, or in a travel agency ... if you are on a budget remember u can find ticket for 150 baht to 300 baht...

i tried two times with 2 thai girls i know very well

and both gave this answer with a peremptory tone : "me" !!!!!!!

In soi sansabai u can find some rooms for 1000/1200 , the same rooms in low season is about 500/600...

It is a bad high season, and as an Ex-Pat residing in Phuket, a bad High Season means crime will be higher. Keeping that in mind, and using caution, we all may make it to the low season (my favorite time of the year).

I remember just after tsunami crime was higher, especially on the roads,and not only in rawai, i have friends who get coned on the road from Patong to Kamala...

Until now low season is also my favorite time of the year.High season is too crowded, prices are up, traffic is awful , people are not friendly, too greedy, it time for me to test out a new destination !

Fortunately, I am smart enough not to have to because I am not stupid enough to drive that way in the first place.

Baan Tonsai Garden Resort and Nature Park Resort (same place)- clean rooms fridge etc. Swimming Pool.

Nanai Road near the intersection to Karon and Kata. Cheap prices too.

yep baantonsai is a good place to stay in but quite far from bangla road, the hotspot of the town !!

Boring if u need to take motobyke taxi or tuk-tuk all the time.

I would suggest one hotel in soi sansabai near bangla road and near junceylon

but if u intent on renting a motobyke , baan tonsai is an excellent place to stay in !

i found that comment bellow a picture of members of thai's army On Thai-cambodian Border around the ancient Preah Vihear temple.

in english phonetic i know i can read that "thai loy maaeng lot" and i am also aware that ลุย means something like " to be ready to fight"

แม่ง is a rude interjection used to express extreme disappointment, anger and all sorts of bad tempers

but what about โลด ? i am still deadlocked with that word...i didn't manage to find a meaning which can add some sense...

Im a Belgian and there was almost nothing in the papers here about this incident .I read about this incident in two belgian papers and in one it didnt even say he was punched en kicked after the accident .sounds like somebody was triying to cover up something .

Get a cab to Seacon Square Mall and go to the second floor (first floor if you are English). There is a seperate part of the Mall called Trendy (I think). The entrance is near Tesco's. It is full of clothes stalls (not copy tee shirts type but for Thai Girls). There are two tattooists so look for the one with all the trophies. I looked carefully this website and it is full of good works indeed.

i will have a look and try to convice my gf to do one tattoo there because it seems it is worth the deal, no doubt.
