I think people are bored of his lies and take no notice anymore
She has been with the UK rape crisis team
no doubt she would be with a uk specialist team.
one thing i will say and i'm not defending BJ. but i'll be honest, before his prawit alliance i actually thought he was alright but the photos and everything were adding up before that which led me to thinking, oh no, another one on their books.
i'm not sure that he lied. i think he just went on what he had in front of him which was not much
he had the mums statement and shit from the sun who seem to have it in for thailand.
desperate reporting from that lot, any story, they'll distort it which is counter productive IMO

that would do him a favour
if you're reading this scottie, i have suggested what i believe to be your best course of action

Yet, there is hope of retaining some sort of political reason and assemblance for the near future.
These circles are attempting to plant seeds towards positive growth that may be unseen as of yet.
Patience and tolerance are their most abundant holdings.
oh yes, i think we'll see more of him in the future for sure
unless he's forced out or incarcerated that is

What happened when the police showed up?
The Thais should have the knuckle-heads for their passports...
wouldn't talk to the local police as they weren't high ranking enough for the very important scot who must've been losing some sleep whilst getting pissed up

Actually in this case my sympathies lie with the Scottish guys.
If they do live there and those neighbours are making continuous noise from morning to late night, then provided the Scottish guys are in Thailand legally, they have every right to complain. Only by using authoritative and semi aggressive tactics will those Thais show respect and treat their neighbours with respect.
they both weren't scottish and it looks like the approach isn't looking to good for them

interesting no one really picked up on this . .
"He assured the media that a fully qualified female investigator with experience of rape would soon be on her way to England with two other officers"
experience of rape? what she was raped or has experience investigating rape? i doubt they have a specially trained officer in rape cases.
a couple of experienced female english speaking coppers and a representative from somewhere like paweena would be best IMO

I wonder if 'Big Joke' will face charges for spreading the fake news that he will be going to the UK
i think that was just his knee jerk reaction as he probably did believe she was lying at the time with the very limited info he had and no doubt some influence from you know who.
when he said it, i think he intended to go.
the uk requested females and he is not female
also, although unlikely he will go, after advice and thinking it through, no one still knows whether or not he is going.
go for what? hermes bag for the mrs and a harrods teddy bear for the SL chick maybe

I forgot to add that bit as I gave the money to the agent who then put it into the scheme. Apologies.
never apologize mate, just a discussion board ????
btw, you should deposit the money yourself i think, not through the agent. i'm not sure about that but we did

1 minute ago, scubascuba3 said:I think you've got it. Losing one of his nipple piercings put the Scot in a bad mood and he was venting about the noise, anyone ever heard of Thais making noise?
The other guy sounds perhaps south african, both were obviously fed up with the noisemaybe if they went there politely and asked why they were making noise so late, no other neighbours seemed bothered and reporters confirmed in their opinion it wasn't very noisy btw
then the conversation may have went a bit like . . .
sorry we are trying to not make too much noise, we already closed the garage but we had a call from a customer who needs to go up north urgently so we are sorting his/her motor.
we should be finished in half an hour
ok then, it's just noisy
sorry we will be quick as we can
think scotty was lucky
pissed up and loud music is one thing, getting in the way of people making a living is another

Seen many such cases before, last one a terminally ill Dane controlled by a demimondane in Chiangrai.
It won't change in a hundred years, Farungs are the ultimate fools. Hard truth hard to swallow.
yes, BS is hard to swallow

He is correct despite your grumblings. You are not allowed to make a noise at night, it is illegal and if it's reported to the local authorities they will act.
they did but it seems scotty boy wanted to speak direct to chakthip himself not some lowly local officers trying to calm a disturbance seemingly created by a pissed up aggressive screaming knob

1 minute ago, Sheryl said:Yes but CCTV would still be available. And could question people who might have witnessed something; could pretty well determine who was in the area at the time.
in koh tao, locals will not witness anything
cctv? depends on the loop timing they had, some places re-wipe after only a day or 2 and that's controlled by a local so, well you know

Just now, Sheryl said:A one day delay isn't much. Certainly fresher than months later!
They could not effectively investigate this now even if they wanted to.
What they could do (but likely won't) is address the issue of police jurisdiction for Koh Tao.
i'd have thought if it happened on a beach as it seems it did then one day is substantial
just thinking tides etc

Well it would have been fresher then than now. It's a moot point though as there has been no investigation and likely will not be one.
personally i think it's good they are following it up
chance of a real investigation or prosecution after all this time and across international borders is pretty much impossible now i would have thought
it's hard enough prosecuting rapes even in the west when it's reported straight away
under these circumstances i'd say zero chance
but you never know, something might come up

Their escape clause in bold type.
Well if they had not dismissed her at the time she reported to the police, the crime scene would still be fresh.
I think it's too late now and they are really not interested in justice for the lady.
she reported, apparently next day on a different island, how would it have been fresh?

Given that the cops have made it abundantly clear that they are not going to do anything about it, and whose sole focus from day one, before collecting any evidence was to deny it, one wonders why they are bothering. Having threatened the alleged victim also, I would not be at all surprised if she refused to even bother meeting with them, regardless of who they send.
DSG i think she has already confirmed to the UK authorities that she will meet them

Marriage Visa Savannakhet
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Posted · Edited by Happy enough
if the marriage cert is only one sided it doesn't need to be copied both sides. if theres print on the other side then of course that needs to be copied. and i am not going to insult the guys intelligence that he needs to fill out the application form.
