this can’t be the normal going forward long term. Cheapest hotel I found was 28K like I say and it’s 5 mins from Khaoson road in Bangkok.

cant find section38 in app store. have android. location Thailand. what does wife with home have to do?

android. it log in but no tm30. app store didnt have section38.my phone has location of Thailand.

I added the app i think is for the tm30 check in, but im not sure if its the correct one. its "Immigration e services"  it did not say anything regarding tm30. or sending me a password. in the app store i did a search for section 38.

How do i find app for tm30? Are they different for each country?

If you are out of country for 3 or more months, are you still required to make the monthly 65,000baht deposits for retirement visa ?

i have a retirement visa now. thinking of changing to marriage visa for the 400,000 bank deposit. what is the hassle which you speak?

my visa expires jan 22 how early can i renew it? dec 31?

If the rules are that I am allowed 65000 monthly there has to be some means to show that to immigration, otherwise it's meaningless and only the full 800000 is allowed.
