Hi Rem888 I am using the none quarantine option. I did include variations with my passport no. (Space before/after) due to multiple failed attempts previously and I used incognito mode on my android. I uploaded my two vaccine docs, used zoomed in vaccine QR codes for where it requests this (on one application not the other), Uploaded the 50,000 insurance and proof of hotel test and go package. I've actually had a second pass come through today. At present neither work in the Mor Chana app, but when I scan the QR code with Google lens I reach the 'pass valid' page. Good luck!

mine is the same think its down to the app, even when type details into the app it doesnt work

  2. UPDATE

finally received test and go Qr code

After speaking on the phone with them was told

Gmail is the easiest for them to receive and respond to, had all ready applied for test and go using Gmail so they said to send email to them.

    [email protected]

this is the email I sent to, sending all documents again and included name, passport number, date of birth and date of arrival.

about 1 hour later received QR code

Out of curiosity, what do you get when you scan your NHS-issued Covid vaccine QR code on your smartphone? I get a bunch of gobbledygook and no link to any hosting or confirmation website like most others do. Maybe it's only readable by NHS scanners? If yours is also gobbledygook, I can't see those processing TP applications in Thailand being able to confirm anything.

yeah mine is the same just random numbers letter etc. spoke with the NHS about this they said the QR code cant be read by normal phone scanners just by proper machines like in airports. probs why taking so long for uk applications

I am trying to determine if the system is ignoring applications made on the 1st, or if it's just slow. If it's slow, there should be a slow trickle of QR codes sent out every day.

But, if people make subsequent applications, no way to know for which application the QR code belongs to.

the 2nd application today was from a different email so will know which one worked if i get it

For those who received a confirmation email on November 1, when did you receive your QR code?

Please don't answer if you made a duplicate application on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th, I am wondering if applications in processing on the 1st are in limbo.

applied on 1st with confirmation straight away, still waiting on QR code.

done new application today instant confirmation still waiting on QR code.

I submitted successfully now the application and received a confirmation email. Here is what I did...but as the app breaks here and there it is not guaranteed it would work for everyone????

I tried tens of times with Firefox and Chrome (without VPN and with US terminated VPN) and was getting the same API error. Looked here and at various FB forums, and someone mentioned cross origin issues (I think "Triglav"? ) and I decided to have a look. Delved into the Chrome DevTools and there were heaps of CORS blocks.

Next step I installed the "Allow CORS" extension for Chrome, enabled the plugin, restarted Chrome, filled in everything again and resubmitted. No API error this time, but a "duplicate passport number". Went back a few pages, put a blank after the passport number, uploaded again my insurance info (removes the uploaded file every time on failure) and resubmitted again. Success! Got a confirmation email as well.

This could be a nightmare for a non-techie 70+ years old retiree, so was having a chat with ThaiConsular on LINE, and strongly suggested that they add a support link on the front page where the users can submit either a web form or get a support email where they can report errors. Hopefully they'll listen.

The whole thing looks worse than an undergraduate computer science project, especially the user interface. Hopefully it gets fixed sooner than later.

many thanks seems installing the allow CORS extension worked for me, received success email instantly
