  1. Again, the Prime Minister came out and specifically said "No, it is not mandatory in the sense that you will be prosecuted for not using it. It does a job. doesn't always work. But can fulfil the entry requirements.

Immi officers TM30 residential paper, 300 baht, some 500. Suppose to be free. Payment of petrol money to get police attention at night time. The list is never-ending.
