  1. If the groom were honest then they should return the money back to the person who handed over the money

    I ment to say, the brides family should give the money back to the groom. That's if they are honest.
    I went to a wedding and the brides family didn't want a penny. Most foreigners that marry a Thai think that you have to hand over your wealth. Well you don't.

  2. I'm one the free holders in a small block of flats (8) but for Almost one year, we've had nothing but trouble from one of these tenants. We think that they are dealing in drugs etc. My neighbour have complained to the landlord or lady and she agreed to kick them out under the section 21 act. That dead line was 3rd June. However I have now been told that these horrible tenants can stay for a bit longer.

    So is there anything what I/we can do? The landlord lies and I think that she doesn't mind if they are up to no good as long as they pay their rent.

    I've telephoned the council and they told me to speak with the C.A.B. But they said you will need to talk with a lawyer.

    Please can anyone advise me on what to do next?
