I intend to use IB for the first time and I wonder if the there is no issue wiring funds from IB account to Thai bank account?

And likewise wiring money from Thai bank account to IB's account.

And what Thai bank offers the best transfer fees and forex rate.

I decided not to return home. It's sad that I can't be Thai in substance though I'm Thai on paper. I took an associate position in a consulting firm, advisory and risk management, and I'm doubling down here.

I find a lot of the points risen here to be valid as I did see it first hand in my previous business trip to Bangkok and this topic only validated them to me. I especially agree on the cultural issue with seniority and respect even if the senior person is in the wrong. This is a sorry state of culture and will hinder/slow social maturity.

I was looking into Chulalongkorn fee structure and stumbled into this, please do help understand it correctly. The fee structure for a 3-semester program is given as below: 

Preterm Course        Program Tuition        Graduate College Fees
(Up to 5-course)
15,000B/course         91,000B/term           23,000B/term

The full cost of the program, excluding living expenses, is as follow: 15,000(5) + 91,000(3) + 23,000(3) = 417,000 Baht

This will translate into nearly $13,000 which could easily land me in a similar program in Ireland 

The rate is for Thai applicants by the way which I am but I find it either exorbitant or miscalculated.

Is my calculation for the costs correct?

I'm a Thai who has never been to Thailand except for occasional visitation. I was born and raised in the Middle East and I speak little to no Thai at all as I'm more into my mother's side, when it comes to domestic affairs, of the family who isn't Thai and my father's side for my citizenship.

And now my perspective of staying in the Middle East is grim so I'm looking into moving back to Thailand.

Thus, I plan to apply for a master program in finance at Chulalongkorn/Mahidol University full-time. Meanwhile I'd learn and pick up Thai language and network myself into an investment banking/consulting. I'm looking into starting a career in finance and earn a banker's living which is why I insist on either Chula or Mahidol.

I'm 25-year right now and obtained my bachelor in accounting in a first tier university in Malaysia and have pursued for professional accountancy (ACCA) but haven't completed it yet so I'm betting on those to get me into either one.

I'm also aware of the obsession with fair skin and frankly speaking one of the reason why I'm opting out of the Middle East is to escape discrimination or level it up to where it is a bit acceptable.

So, is it tough to integrate back into the society? Is it really tough to get into Chula/Mahidol? What's your thoughts? Should I put my bet a bit different?

I'm looking for tuition provider for ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) specifically P4 and P7 in Bangkok. I looked around and found The Knowledge Academy but unfortunately there's no sufficient detail on the ACCA section.

I have no issue with visa requirements since I hold Thai nationality but I merely live in Thailand.
