Yet, this is the reference #1 for several public health decisions, like not wearing mask in western countries.

In several countries, they quoted the WHO for the decision of not wearing masks.

Me too: Like the #1 scientific reference in the World, the WHO, saying that this will not go out of China, quoting that this cannot be transmitted person to person, telling the world that wearing masks are dangerous and will provide a false sense of confidence, and finally telling Trump that closing borders are unnecessary and has little public health benefit. Thai Elite or not > Is it possible not to do it at all, and just pay at the end of the year (or at renewal of visa) whatever total fine there is to pay ?

Or is there any other penalties or risks associated with non filling, other than monetary ?

I am using Grab about twice a day in Pattaya. No bad experience at all. Can even program 3 stops, when I want them to pickup friends in hotel before pick me up at my condo. Great people and great service ...up to now at least ! Don't know about Uber.
