My girlfiend usually drinks this stuff, or one like it from a larger bottle, when menstruating. 

I tried a couple of 250ml bottles the other day and it's got quite a kick! Ingrediants say 4.75% alcohol but am not sure about the other ingredients. Any ideas?

Surprising to see how healthy the coral & turtles are round Koh Larn, seeing how polluted this article claims the water to be.

Any swimmers round the area, pls get your mask & snorkel on, & free any (relatively harmless) sea creatures you might find caught in the net.

The climbing point to Railey lagoon isn't a rock climbing spot. There's no real path there, just a muddy scramble to the top. If he was climbing there without rock climbing gear then he was doing the same as everybody else who goes up there to see the lagoon.

Can't see why foreigners'd be banned from exhibiting... Then again...

Fined up to 100k if you don't have a workpermit, and up to 100k if you do but you're caught doing work outside its specifications? That's a little harsh. 

A gov. official told me to just help out regardless (underwater cleanups, coral conservation) but the penalties can be quite steep. 

While we're at it, how about writing an article for the press? Writing a song or poem and reading it/singing it in public? Doing environmental activism?

Might be new rules due to the mil. gov. right?

What are the current wp conditions for a foreigner on a non-B who wants to do an art exhibition (paintings) and sell his artwork or prints of it? Current wp is for teaching. 

Last thread on this topic is pretty dated.
