You may believe it but its not true. You may hold dual nationality with no problems at all. Both my kids are 21 and hold two passports and have no plans to renounce either one.

If you own a condo or house and a foreigner (this can also be yourself) stays at your place you have to submit a TM30 because you are the landlord.

This is why it is so confusing. Nobody 55 I read this as you do have to inform immigration..

What if you are registered with your name transliterated into Thai on the house book itself? Both my wife's and my name are in this book. I registered this years ago at the amphur office.. What would I need to do?
This is in BKK.

No doubt. But taking a horse to water... besides, I can only help those who want to be helped and then not always... and I doubt many would want to pay what I would charge...
Excuse me, but doesnt that sentence say people would not be able to afford your services? Who do you plan to counsel and how do you plan to make money?

Your visa or extension to stay is no longer valid if you left Thailand without a re entry permit. You will have to start all over again.

I remember there being a question No 20 when I sat for the Thai driving test where they ask this and it is not allowed - You may not pass on a bridge.
Pass over a bridge and pass on a bridge are two entirely different things.

My kids to to university in California and have been doing this for 3 years now, plus all the times we travelled to the states for holidays. We live in Thailand, so leave Thailand on Thai/arrive USA on US. Leave US on US/Arrive Thailand on Thai. Never had a problem off either end. In fact they both went alone at 13 to the US for a summer visit and there was not a problem one.

Listen, stop harassing me,
there are jobs for which you don't need permit.
You are wrong and need to double check what you are being told by HR. Why did you come and ask here. You seem to know it all plus you carry ya crappy attitude..

Have you sat at a restaurant table as a guest of Thai people who have ordered the food . The food arrives often in a large bowl or platter . The Thai people then launch into the food with their own spoon then into their mouths and back into the food repeatedly .
I must be running with a different crowd of Thai's as I have never encountered this unless on a picnic. In fact I have been admonished for not using the spoon provided to get the food from a communal bowl to my plate.
How do you feel about a drinking fountain? All those people who have had their mouth near or or it. I think you have other issues bothering you as well.

Riceberry in flavour is similar to SFOs Anchor Steam in taste and colour. rather enjoyable.
How long have you been away from the bay area and San Francisco? They are not similar at all, Anchor is not by any means a sweet beer, it is quite malty.

I see. Today I'll go Cheng Wattana and ask them with associate degree can get work permit and apply non immigrant b visa or not.
Other choise like this I think. I search on internet for 1 year Non Immigrant 0 volunteer visa around 35,000 baht apply for this and I can get work permit from here because work as volunteer and they not asking for any degree. B
But problem is this if I apply this visa from agency in bangkok can I work in other province? Can I work any school in thailand?
Are you planning on teaching English? This is not a troll but a very serious post. There are way way too many unqualified teachers in Thai schools now.

^JaiMaai hit it on the head but it wont be available on Samui. University print shops near the campus are charging .50 stang per page now. Any university in Thailand.

Thanks for the input. I'm fully qualified to teach both subjects, college degrees are not always a requirement and is not in any way illegal. My question was about the non immigrant O visa. I'll try elsewhere.
Pretty sure of yourself. Best you figure it out on your own...
