It may help those who want to get back to their loved ones at least.. less hoops and embassy <deleted>. More reasonable flight costs hopefully.
Rumours of tags is slightly alarming tho

Digging up this thread as I'm looking for slaked lime plaster too, but adding marble dust etc to make an italian plaster.
If I purchase the ingredients mentioned in this thread for slaked lime, i assume it doesnt need to be stored in a cool place for 3 months before use?
I take it the hardware store in 71 is the old one, close to ekkamai 12 turning?

Thanks everyone. The schools are taking deposits still, the wife is worried we've left it a little late but I'm pretty sure we haven't.. in the current climate

Its 400000b plus registration and some other fee, total 550000b. Crazy

Hi there, can anyone recommend one that is good, not too expensive.
My daughter is already 2 so need to enrol soon. Also are any schools doing deals in the current climate.
The wife who is a spoilt rich kid, has no concept of money sadly. The one she wants is £14k for first yr inc enrollment fees etc. I just cant afford anything nr that atm!

I'm ok with it if it's not too crazy. example of when its not fair - long tail takes you to a beach of their choice, as you set foot on the sand theres a guy with a book of tickets forcing you to pay 400 b park fee each

Suan Dok Krachao, Bang Krachao. Basically a made for tourist flower park
kind of reminds me of the teletubbies set but with more flowers.

Reading Richard Barrows FB page, he managed to persuade a flower park in 'the green lung' to scrap their dual pricing. Bravo.
I can accept to a point, so just wondering which attractions in Thailand offer free/same/ fairer pricing (even if dual).
A Thaivisa list wd be great.

I agree, many western families and young couples, never seen so many foreigners on the beach daytime. Beach road at night is a good atmosphere and could almost feel like somewhere in Europe....but no Chinese the past few weeks and definitely very very few bar hopping sexpats with bars empty.
Exactly what i saw too

What is a typical admissions fee for bangkok nursery?
in Primary & Secondary Education
Posted
Had a bit of a shock today when our daughter was accepted for a nursery at one of the private schools in central bangkok. Deposit 30k, annual fee 350k. But the admission fee I expected to be around 50-60k. Nope.
A whooping 120,000 baht.
Is this normal?
