I might not be an expert but I think stabbing may be the cause for his death; however, my lovely Thai wife says it's suicide.

I'm amazed he actually got to see a doctor, as most are working in their own clinics. Near me,, the Thais only go to the hospital as a last option, usually because they cannot afford the doctor's clinic fees.

I think the amount of accidents is higher than reported. The reason I say this is, I live near a hospital in Buriram and over the last two days their ambulances have been going past my house every 30-60 minutes with all the lights and sirens on.
