I constantly read that people are turning to other countries for their holidays and these predators are one of the reasons. They are a stain on this country and the sooner they are abolished the better
I'm amazed he actually got to see a doctor, as most are working in their own clinics. Near me,, the Thais only go to the hospital as a last option, usually because they cannot afford the doctor's clinic fees.
The bigger scandal is not being addressed, and that is school directors are demanding money to educate children in state run schools. The education in the schools is free, but the corruption is so endemic that it has become accepted as the norm.
According to Thai authorities there's about 25,000 Indian and Russian student Muay Thai fighters in Pattaya, so hey ho with trying to clamp down on visa violations 😄
I think the amount of accidents is higher than reported. The reason I say this is, I live near a hospital in Buriram and over the last two days their ambulances have been going past my house every 30-60 minutes with all the lights and sirens on.
