  1. My partner has a house in the Roi Et province towards Yasothon.

We have now decided not to do anything more to maintain her old Thai style house and would like to sell the timber being roof rafters, uprights and first floor of which the majority is still good building material. As I understand it there are people that will pay to strip the house of the timber and take it away to reuse it.

Does anyone know who might be interested in buying our old home?

Thank you for any advice you can give us.

    John

  2. It makes me wonder what the Thai government plans to do seeing as they apparently accepted a package from the world bank so I wonder if it's a similar deal to what Belarus turned down. The president of Belarus refused to crash their economy and as a result Soro and the west are painting him as starving his people and pushing for a revolt.

The intention of crashing the Thai economy would make sense as it would also fit with the intentions of the world economic forums 'The Great Reset'.

Pfizer as someone already mentioned has a 90% success rate but that is only based on 90% of subjects not showing "symptomatic covid-19", also what has been omitted is any comparison to those that were given a placebo.  This means the true value of this experiment is a big fat zero!!

During a severe flu season one could expect to see up to 650k individuals succumb due to weakened immune defences so the reality is our normal lives have been re-described as a pandemic.

But hail the vax manufacturers who may be making a compulsory vaccination for a cold that has a 90% survival rate and they intend to protect 90% of the remaining 10% but given that there appears to be a 10% failure rate, so then whose ever going to know the difference once they choose to stop counting and take credit for something that probably doesn't work.

Get ready to be chosen to be the guinea pigs for the pharmaceutical companies that have already arranged that they cannot be sued if it all goes horribly wrong and especially given that the CDC and the WHO have confirmed that to this date the covid-19 strain has not been isolated.

Yes, conspiracies are alive and well and as my professor of political science once told me. 'Imaging your worst conspiracy and it's probably true' and over the years he's been proved correct over and over again. Just like Trump won by a land slide and took the house and senate by closing time...everything changed after voting day.... The media is not our friend...

  3. My apologies for the late reply...

I was referring to a young Thai man, but since my last post my wife called the university and asked them straight about testing for HIV and they said they don't test for HIV as it isn't what they class as a disgusting disease as it isn't infectious through normal socializing.

Thank you for your reply and please add more if you think it will help.

    Regards

  4. Hi all,

I considered posting this in the Health section but I decided it should go here as my question is more focused on the practices of a particular university.

My wife and I know of a young man looking to start Phranakhon Rajabhat University in Lak Si, Bangkok to study Psychology next year yet we fear he will give up on his opportunity because he is HIV+. He has told his mother he won’t pass the physical examination because they will check his blood for what I’m told is anything that comes under the heading of ‘Disgusting Diseases’.

It would be a shame to see someone denied the chance to further their education for any reason let alone one based on the social stigma of HIV.

Can anyone advise if this is correct and if the university does test for HIV and what avenues would be available to get around this bearing in mind he takes anti-HIV medicine GPO Z250 and after several years of medication he is now being treated for its side effects with schizophrenia medication.

Admirably he sticks religiously to taking his medication on time and has a CD4 = 800 and a VL = 0 and we are also concerned how this might knock his confidence and plans for the future if denied a future.

So the main question is will the university test his blood for HIV and deny him entry if he is found to be HIV+ ?

    Regards
