just wondering if someone can point me right direction in terms of understanding the laws regarding buying and owning property in Thailand.
I have a 7 year old son who is dual citizen Danish/thai. Im divorced from his mum, but he was born in Thailand, has a Thai passport and is registered at her parents adress. He lives with me in Danmark.
He is my only kid so he’ll inherit everything from me (eventually). Could I buy something in his name and get access to property that you couldn’t buy as a non Thai. citizen? I guess you also do it an a company where he is the shareholder?
