Hello, I am from a western country and I have 30 days visa on arrival. I'm living here with that kind of visa and I am planing to buy a scooter to move around. I have a one year condo rental contract. 

In the store they told me that I would need a Work Permit (which I don't have) or a Residence Certificate to register the motorbike under my name. Any experience getting this Residence Certificate in Bkk immigration or any other alternative to register the scooter under my name will be appreciated.

How many times can you enter Thailand with a 30 days tourist visal on arrival, extend it for 30 days more in immigration flying a weekend outside the country (Vietnam, Malaysia..) and enter again to start a new  process? (30 days visa on arrival + 30 days extension + flying out + come back)
