??? There's no date of birth on my QR code, just my name, the QR, arrival date and Thailand Pass ID. Are you reading the QR to get your date of birth? I don't have a reader.
If you have a smart phone and a PC you should just be able to open the email on your computer and use the standard camera to view the information.
I'm confused about my dates now, presumably this would cover me landing on the 26th Jan and returning 20th Feb?

does anyone know how far out you can apply before your flight? Is 3 weeks to a month too much time or a good idea so you can correct a rejection?
I applied on the 8th for a holiday on January 26th. Was approved the next day, the only gamble was the £50 insurance I had to pay. Everything else is refundable and I reserved flights for 72h while awaiting a response.

Where is it asking for proof of your flight? I didn't think there was an upload option they just asked for your flight number.

This is not your insurance certificate. That document is only one page.
Then I've uploaded the wrong thing entirely and they accepted it. ????

I applied on the 8th of Nov for a holiday I've booked on the 26th Jan. Had a response that I had been successful 16 hours later. Was tempted to leave it as long as possible in hopes the entire scheme was scrapped but getting 5 weeks off work wasn't easy and I didn't want to risk leaving it too late.
I applied using Gmail and at the recommendation of someone a few pages back I booked Siam Mandarina Hotel on Agoda. They have more reviews from the last week than anywhere else regarding Test & Go. The booking was fully refundable so this was hassle free but unfortunately slightly more expensive than most of the other options. I downloaded the confirmation Agoda sent via email that clearly states "Quarantine Package" and converted this to JPG.
For the photos of vaccinations I used the NHS online website with a chrome plugin to pull off the screenshots I needed. Zoomed in to the QR codes prior to taking the screenshot to make sure it was as clear as possible.
I booked the AXA insurance without much thought, will have additional insurance anyway so didn't read to much into it. Saw it specifically mentioned no the Thai Consulate website so it seemed like a good choice. I combined the Thai + English version into a single PDF and the converted that to a JPG.
Based on my travel date it doesn't seem like they're working through applications in any logical order.

Has anyone had automatic approval from the UK, my documents/QR codes were converted and as clear as possible. Curious if it's worked for anyone else.

Thanks, that's what I did. Can stop second guessing myself now. Flight isn't for a while so plenty of time to wait for a response. The entire process probably took 2.5 hours including booking a hotel, insurance and converting JPG files.

Am I still required to carry 10,000 baht + proof of onward travel if I have a multiple entry visa, all the information I can find on google references arriving without a visa.

I've just signed applied for a METV via post at the Embassy in London, I wasn't fortunate enough to come across this forum beforehand. Read through the last few pages I see a lot of people mention needing proof of a return flight/onward travel however during my application process I couldn't find this listed anywhere and have sent off my application without it. I was also about £200 under my bank statement from around 6 months ago but I'm hoping this won't be an issue because I'm now a couple thousand over the required amount.
How likely am I to get this Visa application approved?
Collected my passport today, everything was accepted with no further paperwork needed.

That depends on how much of a stickler the official processing your application turns out to be, and the instructions he operates under. Many have suggested the most important condition is the financial proof. Immigration offices in Thailand are absolutely inflexible when financial proof is needed. You cannot miss the duration by even one day or be under at any point by a single baht. If the London embassy is similarly anal, I guess you will have a problem.
I'll just have to wait 5 working days to find out, will they issue a Single Entry Visa or will i have to re apply if the multiple entry is refused. I'm assuming I'll lose the £125 application fee? -

At first glance it seems as though you need flights, accommodation & "Test & Go" booked prior to travelling. This seems like a massive hurdle to overcome for people taking short trips for leisure who will need to book time off from work and get this approved.
