About Me

Worked as a fitness trainer and sports therapist in the British Army for 24 years and am now employed in the UAE as a sports and exercise therapist. I plan to start my own biz in Thailand in a few years and have my own house, gym in Sam Roi Yot, 25 mins from Hau Hin.
