As instructed I ignored it - as much as I could, but couldn't help thinking F.F.S and the words 'Pi$$-up' and 'Brewery' sprang to mind.

Wednesday: Status still 'Print Sticker'. 

(By the way, that screen that comes up after making

 payment which says “Please stay on this page. It may take a few minutes.” I'd forgotten that Window and opened it 2 days later to find it was still going!)

Thursday: The status is still 'Print Sticker' whereas in Senior Player's case, his status had changed to 'No data available in table'. Hmmm so my sticker must be a pretty big and sticky sticker, or they have an extremely slow printer. 

 

I'm starting to worry that I shouldn't have ignored the email that they told me to ignore.

 

In previous years it's always been a fast turn around, particularly from the excellent Hull Consulate.

With this new online application system, and not being confident that I did everything correctly, I am a little concerned!

Thursday: About 16.50 the status changed to 'Return Passport'. 

 

Friday: Yippeeee! About 12:30 passport returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery - with my visa. Phew!

Nice! I also got mine, I sent mine that Thursday and it came on that Saturday visa Royal Mail Special Delivery. I just sent all the supporting docs with my passport; 6 months of bank statements, letter of invitation from the missus, proof of relationship, salary, employment letter. Was quite the package and they didn't send any of it back. Just that small Royal Mail Special Delivery packaging with my passport inside.

This new website is pants but what do you expect from Thai web developers really...

Hi Guys, I just sent my METV application (London Embassy) off today, in my application, I included my flight details which shows a return flight within 60 days. Even though I just did it because I'm not sure when I'll be coming back so I just booked a full flex ticket within 60 days and then my idea was to just keep changing it. 

Was just wondering if this can affect if they'll issue me an METV (I met all the requirements and it didn't state on website proof of onward travel) or just give me a SETV.

Should I try to contact them to explain that I got a full flex ticket etc or just leave it?

(maybe I'm thinking too much)

The whole process from registering, to applying, sending passport and getting it back in the post was done in a week. It wont let you get past that documents screen until all sections are uploaded even if they are not relevant. just readd your passport pic into the proof of residence permit

Cheers man, so for the proof of earnings, you just put your last month's bank statement as the upload, then the 6 before printed out and sent them in the post?

And thanks for the residency, didn't quite get that (was gonna upload birth certificate lol, but will just re-upload passport)

When uploading the documents, it doesn't let me add multiple jpg files, just one...

How can I send all this info with 0.5mb jpgs for each section when I need to send 6 months worth of bank statements, employment letter, proof of salary etc

Has anyone dealt with this before?

OR should I just send ALL the supporting documents in the post when I send my passport? 

Appreciate if anyone knows, need to send this asap as flying next month

As a British citizen I was wondering how strict they are with the multi entry tourist visa application. 

Especially the £5000 past 6 months bank statement which I don't have.

Could a letter from my employer or a cover letter from a friend help with my problem?

I don't want to extend because it will show that I have extended every time I come into Thailand as so I have heard, any more info on this?

Border runs could be an option but I have been to Thailand 5 times within the last year.

If not are there any alternatives I could do instead?
