I'm Thai/European and selling a house in NST from overseas. Can someone give me a recommendation of a skilled and trustworthy real estate agent? Can speak Thai and English, can sell to Thai and foreign buyers. I need to be able to do a lot of the work from a distance until I can take the trip and finalize the sale in person in NST, so someone with the ability to work together with me through email/Line/Skype etc would be prefered.

Advertisements/photos/specs I already made so we can get started quickly.

The wife owns an extra house in Thailand and wants to sell it and do it from a distance (from within Europe). The house will be empty soon as some of her family who resided there temporarily will be moving out to another place. She's the legal owner of the house. There are already a few possible buyers, but she is new with the process of doing this, especially from abroad. Is it possible at all, without her needing to come to Thailand in person, through? What are the bumps and challenges from a legal/administrative point of view she should look out for when trying to do this from abroad?  At which steps would there be a possible crux/delays/stops?

Is it possible to do the whole procedure through post/phonecalls/scans/giving proxy to a family member if its necessary?.
Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.
