Hello. Sorry, my English is not that good to understand the regulations of Emirates and their following promise:
Global COVID-19 cover Free coverage of up to EUR 150,000 for medical expenses and EUR 100 daily for 14 days for quarantine costs. https://www.emirates.com/english/help/covid19-cover/
So this is 100% safe and accepted globaly? They would pay the quarantine costs in Thailand if Thailand opens borders?
Thank you.

four weeks ago the bitish coasts were crowded with people without masks. same in Mallorca or Berlin.
And still there is no huge infect rate.
We have that flu death year by year.

I don't understand the panic. Russia said before last week, it will release a vaccine within next two weeks. So let's wait until end of this week when they start to send it out.

If they'd open the airports for international arrivals I'd do this.
Until end of january we have 0% work but 80% salary.
Open the gates an I book and stay for 5 months in Thailand. Leaving tomorrow.
Thais hope 2 million foreign tourists will visit from year end to March, despite all the restrictions

I would do this, from 1st October on until end of March 2021. We have work shortage up to 100% but salary payment of 90% until March 2021.
But not in Phuket and not in Samui.
16 days quarantine in a Bangkok hotel then I want to go where I want, then okay. The tracking app would be no problem to me.
Otherwise I burn my cash somewhere else.
