I received money in My Krungthai acct. 3 days ago from Paypal. 

I've been pulled over enough here to know if you tell them you speak no Thai at all when they try to fine you. you would be amazed how quickly they remember they know English. if they cant speak any English they usually wont pull you over. I can speak limited Thai and have Thai drivers license

They made a bad choice.  instead of taking 1 at a time they tried 3. I've seen it done a lot more in the UK. here they get paid for the day. In the UK they get paid for doing a set job. then they can go home. UG in Alloa Scotland. meet your quota for the day then go home still get paid a full shift. how much health and safety is being ignored when 10 people are doing their 8 hour shift in 4 hours...sadly we try to make shortcuts

doesn't really answer any of my questions though, does it ?    no malice friend    My passport photo is my old fb photo from a few months ago. all they British Embassy  ask for on line for an ETD is a recent photo, and they crop it themselves . as they have access to my original passport photo.

So far.  I needed to go to Laos to get my non b visa. only had one page left in my passport . went to Bangkok to get an emergency travel document. got that. British Embassy says now go to Immigration where you live and have them transfer your visa exempt to your ETD. So I go to Nakhon Phanom immigration and they say we cant do that ? go to savannakhet, in Laos and see if they will do it. ....... My original passport is now declared unavailable. How can I leave Thailand without a stamp from immigration saying I was here legally... I still have my original passport with visa exempt. but it comes up invalid passport on their system..  My apologies not great photos 

Howerde thanks for reply. Yea I am not sure myself. I think I've read every article on it. It does say I can use it to re enter the country I am leaving, but does not specify on what visa I can do that on. 

HELP ..My passport has only 1 page left and I need to get a new non b visa. I have all the paperwork to go to Laos for it.. Question ;  can I get an emergency travel document (UK) and use it to go to Laos to get my non B... university wants me to start next week. new passport will take over 2 months. I'm currently on visa exempt good until the 16th of Nov (got 45 days on the 3rd of October. university did not have paperwork ready when I went to laos..with 3 day overstay..

Thank you. it was a last minute offer from a Uni. so i decided to take it. hence the reason paperwork is not ready....  

longest as possible as my police clearance just got done on Friday. and they said it could take up to 3 weeks to return. but dont really want to spend night in Laos

My Non B expired on the 30th of September. I am going to Laos on the 3rd of Oct. (will pay 2 day overstay). My new school does not have all my paperwork ready, my question is ; can I go to Laos and come back to Thailand the same day  on a VOA?

I got my Non B at immigration in Nakhon Phanom this time last year, and I go in 2 weeks to re new it.

You only need them verified if you are taking up a university position, I just got my non B visa for teaching in a goverment school last week, all they needed was copy of my diploma along with all the other paperwork
