So I asked my school(language) to issue my Ed renewal visa documents so i can apply in Kuala Lumpur embassy of Thailand, they issued addressing accordingly, although due to reasons I had to come back Thailand without Ed visa, when I said to my school that if I can apply Ed visa here in Bangkok with the documents I got, they said I can't, they have to re issue all the documents addressing immigration and I have to pay 10k for this. My question is, if i I go to immigration with the documents i have, they will not accept? They'll say I can only apply Thai embassy in KL? And this fee (10k) for skill or actually have to pay to MoE and such?

Thanks for worrying about me! I made it back without an issue, didn't ask anything even tho I had proof of income, condo contract, etc. I don't think i will do visa exempt again, i hope...

Used to be savannakhet was the safest spot for visa run, apparently not anymore, where's next then?

My last visa run serie was at '19, back then savannakhet was so relax and easy. I hope so, I'll try tomorrow and see how it goes, then look for long term solution.

Oh i understand, sorry that asking coz i never done it before, always got Setv when i enter Thailand. Is there any requirements as getting visa exempt from land border?

Been in Thailand for long time, past three years i was on non o business visa and changed over to tourist visa on last November or so, had one visa run last year and one this year. I was going to apply for Setv in savannakhet again but officer told me I can't apply for tourist visa anymore, which was surprising coz I've done visa runs back in 18-19 and never had any problem there. How can I get tourist visa now? What's the alternative?
