I am currently recovering from Dengue, values all going up again. The most annoying thing is the itcht rash and the swollen hands. At the hospital they told me there is no remedy for the rash, just need to wait it out. Anybody has any idea how to allievate the rush?
Thanks in advance

I am still a little bit confused about the arrest reasons not living at the registered address and not filing the 90 days report. I was under the impression that it is just a 2000 baht fine?

It only applies to landlords renting out at least 5 units, how are you going to prove that?

Even if law is on your side, practically they are in a stronger position. If you do not pay, they will cut your utilities support while it will probably take you several weeks until authorities step in.

Good evening, is there any agent who can fix long time overstay?

Thanks a lot Bevup, your tip was fantastic. By the way, in Thai it is called check valve same as in English.

Hi, I am living in a ground floor condo and sometimes water is coming up through my sink.
This seems to be a common problem with ground floor condos. One neighbour suggested to build in a valve, but this would mean I need to open and close it every time.
Does anybody have any other suggestion?

Good morning,
I will use an agency in Pattaya to apply for my retirement visa.
I will hand them over my passport on May 4, and my current visa ( including extension ) goes until May 26th.
Agency will process a Non O and retirement, but whole process will take 4 to 5 weeks.
I will have receipt from immigration that I payed the fee to apply for visa, but I am not sure what happens if i get stopped by police between May 27th and the time I receive the visa

You should use a vault card, load the card from your thai account, then inside the card transfer to your USD account

Thanks all for your valuable input. I went there today and as you said they only transferred the latest visa and extension.

Did they only transfer your last visa or did they also transfer a summary of your last visa history?

Good morning,
Just did a visa run through Ban Laem, got a visa exempt and extended it at Chaeng Watthana, extension until January 20th. After extending I got my new passport at French Embassy, which means my entry stamp and extension stamp are still in the old ( invalidated ) passport.
I am planning to do a border run to ban Laem on January 19th or 20th, to get a new visa exempt.
The agency told me that there will be an additional fee of 1700 baht for putting the exit stamp in my new passport, which I do not understand.I am considering going to Chaeng Wattana, but I remember a post from around two months ago ( unfortunately can not find it again ) that they also transfer a summary of the previous visa history to the new passport ( how many VE and SETV in total )
Has anybody recently transfered a stamp from old to new passport at CW?
Any feedback highly appreciated

Ok, I thought i saw a post some months ago saying they transfered a summary of previous visas too. Unfortunately I can not find the post again.

I am aware of the possibility to do it at Chaeng Wattana, but I was told they would also transfer my previous visas history. Do you have any information about that?

1. Does this fee only apply at Ban Laem crossing, Cambodian crossings or all crossings?
2. If I fly in and out by air, does this fee apply too?
3. I remember last year in and out flights the same day were banned, but not sure if this rule was implemented or not
Any advice is appreciated
kind regards
