So even after Royal Thai Immigration reversed themselves on the need for insurance for O-A that were issued before the cut off date, those who are trying to follow the rules of the O-A that allow multi entry,

My current NON OA visa and Re_entry permit both expire on April 18.

Was planning trip to Phnom Penh to apply for NON O at this time.

However with current fluid situation on travel am wondering if I could

go next week to seek NON O.

Can it be granted with already valid re-entry? If so on arrival in Thailand

would it override previous re-entry?
