Don't get it ? 26.000 dead in traffic per year in Thailand is "normal" figures. That's 71 per day. So I Don't understand all this fuzz around the "dangerous" 7 days ??!! It doesn't even keep up with statistics ??

Make a decibel meter instead, and let them pay by the loudness. Many drivers out there with no respect for people !

My thai friend has an Expensive restaurant, and it´s normally 70% chinese every night paying good money for drinks and food there. Many chinese have money enough :-)

During my 14 years in Thailand it has been the same same. Red, yellow or junta in goverment. And to blame anyone then yourself for drink and drive is preeetty stupid. They can e.g. kill there own family also. IQ = zero.
