I visit Bangkok 2-3 times a year for a month and usually use AirBnB for my accommodation. As the AirBnB prices increased I was looking for alternatives and found renthub.in.th. Most of the fully furnished condos are with minimum 1 year contracts but some of the landlords are willing to rent out on monthly or weekly basis. Does anybody have experience with Renthub? Are the agents and landlords reliable there? Are the short-term agreements "black market deals" or do you get a normal rental contract? (budget is around 50k a month and location Siam, Ploenchit, or Asok)
Thanks

Hi all,
I'm looking to connect with entrepreneurs, founders, and people who work for startups, especially in the technology sector. I found a handful of meetup groups but they don't really meet often, maybe every one or two months. Can you recommend places in Bangkok where startup people come together? I'm thinking of places like co-working spaces, regular gatherings, universities, offices dedicated for startups or similar things.
Thanks.

Sounds like Joyce might be a part time freelancer. As AlexRich said, deep down you most probably know already what to do.
It's a bit like stock trading, detach the emotions and look at the indicators/facts. Most of time they tell you the truth right in your face; and after a while it's so obvious.
But I can understand, easier said than done....
