    Currently living in a crappy small condo for 6,000 thb, that i can't wait to leave. i might as well buy something nice as i have the money, I def do not want to fork over 25,000 to someone else every month.

    i think your lifestyle suits mine, i think alike and i am over 55 years old so, life is short and no reason not to own a nice Condo and enjoy it.
