  1. I did a change of address at CW 3 weeks ago. I renewed my retirement visa last week have till Oct. now because my passport expires. i went to do my 90 day report online and it was rejected said I have a tourist visa and did not qualify?? Also question I am renewing my passport next month USA when I get it back I go to CW and get stamped all over again? Thank you in Advance
  2. No Way. Why go there?? If Ganja he would be in his seat chilling out.
  3. Open your phone to the calculator and enter the amount they will counter offer same way if not enough. Good Luck
  4. Be careful of using an agent that will only bring more trouble for you. If they take your passport out of town to get stamped you will be stuck doing that forever. Try again next year and if you have problem just offer cash to clear up the issue for now. In the long run it will be cheaper and next year you will be clear. I used an agent agent for 2 years then tried to switch to CW and they thru my passport back at me and said go back to agent. Long story short the IO showed on there phone how much to clear everything up was 10,000 baht. done and done that was 3 years ago. Best of luck chill out my friend stay cool.
  5. Hey Guys I have found a pretty good pot for 99 baht a gram 5 gram minimum purchase and they give 1 gram free total 6 grams 545 baht Cod. 2-3 days flash delivery. Nice Buds Thc 22%. They were on Facebook selling Lemon-Cheese. Now they have purple gummys. Sativa half half mix. I got burned once on some 49 baht a gram it was 6 month old brick weed shake. Buyer beware for sure. Those 700 baht a gram and 350 baht a gram that does not fly. On another note i am going to try Royal Seeds next month for some auto-flower seeds need little light bug resistant and in 10 weeks you are good to go estimate 170 grams a plant. price of the Seed is 300 baht. Looking forward to feedback.
  6. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate everyone's comments
  7. The wife was out the other day and inquired about the cash price for the Yamaha Grand Filano. The dealer told her they only sell if you Finance with them. So she went around to several shops and everyone required Financing. I told her next time find out who the finance company is. No Credit Cards or Cash seems real strange to me. Sounds like the Mafia LLC. Loans. I would appreciate any one else's recent experience? Thank you
  8. Two of my favorite words Mumbo Jumbo along with Hocus Pocus Voodoo. Personally I would like to get rid of the masks really tired of them. I am also in the high risk group over 65 and overweight kind of scared to go without so a conundrum.
  9. Were do you get years of faking income from?? I never lied to the US Embassy about how much money I earn. My problem was when I set up the bank account for transfers I stupidly also added my wife's name. So when I went to the IO they denied my application. I did a border run and eventually settled on using an agent. I have also dealt with CW for many years also before they moved from the Silom area including the same IO officer who recognized me from before. So <deleted> Off
  10. I really had no choice but to use an agent at the time I figured there would be some problem with the address but never thought that the stamps themselves were illegal. The officer did say my Retirement Visa is now clean and next year just get the Bank Statement so there's that. I always like to get feedback to keep it real. Thank you for your time
  11. Thanks for all the comments appreciate it. Feeling pretty good right now like I really dodged a big bullet.
  12. Sounds like it now I am feeling better. lol
  13. Hey Everyone just came back from CW went there to renew my Retirement Visa. Two years ago I had a problem with my Retirement Visa. I am from America and have been here 16 years now. This happened after the US embassy stopped with the notarized letter for income. I had opened an account at Bangkok Bank for the monthly transfers. The problem was I also listed my wife on the account that was a big no go for immigration. They gave me 7 days to get out of the country. I ended up doing a border run to Myanmar so I got a Visa on arrival. I extended for 60 more days and then I had to use a agent. I got a Non-O for 18,000 baht which gave me 90 days then I got my Retirement Visa for 14,000 baht for a 1 year Visa. In the mean time I had opened a new single name account and started my deposits. Then last year I decided to go ahead and use an agent and pay the 14,000 baht. I really did not want to go to CW because of Covid. Now my Retirement Visa was due to expire May 17,2022 so I went to Bangkok Bank and got a 1 year statement for 300 baht takes 5 days for a full 1 year printout. Also got the letter stating my account info and balance. The last year I have been doing my transfers around 100,000 baht a month. So off I go to CW to renew my Visa. When the agent renewed my Visa they did it up north in Issan and another area up north. Now I have a valid Retirement Visa along with my recently updated 90 day report. The Immigration officer took one look at my Passport and threw it back at me told me to go back to agent that my Visa was dirty because of the Northern Immigration Stamps end of discussion. I said I have all my bank reports and transfers so what is the problem?? The Immigration officer begins to talk to my Thai Wife and she is pleading for help please. The Officer now shows my wife her calculator with 12,000 baht on it up to us if we want them to clean up my Visa. Dirty Visa no good clean Visa good. What could I have done at that moment??? Well spoiler alert I paid the 12,000 baht plus 500 baht change of address. Let the comments begin Thank you in Advance.
  14. I was reading the post about the e-mail notification on renewing your 90 Day Report. I now remember that on the same day I got the rejection I received another e-mail concerning from Immigration my 90 Day Report was due. It was confusing at first then I noticed two different case numbers. Next time I will wait the 2 weeks per Ubon Joes recommendation. If it does not pass then forget it. My Retirement Visa is due in May. Take Care all I did not intend for this to get sidetracked with some security baloney.
