My country ,Serbia, is not on the list for visa exempt, but I can get visa on arrival. It is only 15 days. That's why I am asking. Nice to stay in Thailand 2-3 months.

Can I get Thai tourist e-visa (single entry) in Penang through an agent? And how long does it take? The required documents -it is about the same I think. Maybe bank account not needed now.
