conclusion:  Thai immigration owns us another yearly extension when you go for your yearly paperwork/begging show where they can inform us officialy that things has changed and from year +1 from now, there are new rules

samut prakang is a shithole immigration office, never understood while you have to go that sitty place instead of making some room at the freaking AIRPORT... at least you would get there by skytrain but people that did not ever go to that samut shithole will not understand, there is not even a toilet and queues are getting longer and all this imposed shit and you have to pay for you own copies for bullshit they want...  jealous that like some people say, there is not even a passport scan or check to give you what you need asap...

report every 90 days you <deleted> did not move and other papers to fill in when you did move ... so what is the point except to annoy us ?

A bit more than a month ago, I did send my 90 days report by mail as I always do, EMS with return address, stamped envelope

Normally I get my letter back in about 7-10 days.

This time, I did not get anything.

I certainly do not want to go a round trip as the immigration is so far away, costs involved with taxi and I sent the letter, on time, via EMS and specially do not want to ripped of for 2000 baht of not reporting, while I did.

Ok, I did EMS but the code I got on my EMS paper, cannot be checked online as it says invalid ID or not correct form.

I did use a local office or intermediate in a shopping mall nearby as I always do , but they use the official THAI post logo and never had a problem before.

Any suggestions ?

and for what ?  do we get thai unemployment money? social security ? social housing ? pension ?

never understood why there no immigration service at the airport for all places... no, you have to go to some office far far away to go beg yearly for some extention,mine is in the middle of knowhere with no banks around , no photo services ...
