Most of guys with gray hair who belong to the left have gone to Thailand or Philippine and not many stay in the main land. Korea is the major exporter of the Asian soap opera, for which I couldn't stay there more than a week. Their eyes are glued on it everyday at 8 to rest of the night. All Asian countries are very similar to Thailand.    

All the disabled and retarded kids from the third world, Africa, Asia, S Korea ( used to be third world and still one of the third world culturally), who are stigmatized and dumped on the street, are adopted by the first world (mostly American) do-gooders and are treated with dignity and respect and live happy as decent human being. I know tones of the cases.

Isn't that irony the OP is pursuing the happiness in the opposite way?  

I spent quite a lot amount of money and time to travel SE Asia. And I paid $1,000 retainer for K1 visa process which I stopped but the crook never returned my money back. After a few attempts to find a companion, I came to final conclusion that all men are pedophile and all women are gold digger after 60 year old. I will not marry in any circumstance, what so ever. Don't trust prenuptial will protect your asset. And all those SE Asian girls who are looking for green card know the American law better than Harvard educated immigration lawyers. I know so many who are taken by them.

Recently I tried to invite a Thai lady for couple of weeks for being a good friend to me. I will absolutely not marry her or any woman. She told me I have to visit her once or twice in order for her to be qualified to get a tourist visa, which sounds not right to me. So I sent an inquiry to the US consular visa office. They sent me an answer immediately to my surprise.

It seems there exists a lot of gray area for what I intended to do. 

I know by heart I am not a type of person breaking my words but it is just my a word.

Absolutely I will not marry and am not looking for woman for sexual pleasure.

I don't think I will meet any one like my late wife. Tried couple of times but it was not worth at all. 

Just felt sorry that I couldn't keep the promise to stay her place. 

Looks like not much else I can do for her.

I was going to stay in a guest house in Chiang Mai during the summer months but I had to cancel the trip because my real estate transaction. I even bought a flight ticket with no refund option. we exchanged mails quite for a while and she seems a very nice person. It seems my apology is not enough to do justice for her. But I will not most likely to make the trip in the future and I don't intend to find a companionship with anyone for the rest of life. So I decided to invite her to US as a tourist at my expense for all instead. Maybe for a couple weeks or a little more.

She told me in order for her to apply a tourist visa to US, I have to see her in Thailand for once or twice. It doesn't sound right.

Then any Thai who want to visit US for sightseeing have to have some US citizen to visit them in Thai beforehand?  

I am very sincere in this friendship and have absolutely no intention of crossing the line beyond that.

Anyone have insight?

A divorced lady from Swedish gentleman in Chiang Mai is running a homestay business which I found on free dating site. I was lurking the site to kill my boredom and I have absolutely no desire to marry or find a girl friend. But I decided to stay for couple of months on coming summer and made sure with her that it is not my adventure for sensual escapade. I just stay away from the searing heat of desert and have an opportunity to travel exotic country. 

It is 1,500 Thai Baht a day including breakfast. It sounds reasonable and I agreed to it but I found that most of rooms through Airbnb are much lower than her place. I couldn't even locate her place on Google map and her place is not found in any booking websites. When I asked some discount because I stay long period and there are lot more better place available through Airbnb, she vehemently defended her price telling me all those pictures of Airbnb are very deceiving. She succeeded to persuade me to stay at her place eventually. I presume it is because she is very good looking and close to my age. I've been widowed over two years since my wife of 36 years died.

But having been through almost every post in this forum, I begin to feel very uneasy in general including staying at her place. I am concerned whether I am extremely overcharged for staying at her place and sucked into sink hole by a good looking seductive Thai lady, becoming an ATM. Sex is not my interest because my device is out of order and I am very allergic to the aid-pill. I rather live without it. Just being lonely is tough to deal with. And I never drink any alcoholic beverage or pop. 

I may sound silly but I will appreciate any advice and input. I will not be offended by any word you throw on me. Please say anything.

For your reference her place is 8 Km from the inner city.

For a digital code, each digit has choice of 10 numbers starting from 0 to 9. 

And the code consists of total 4 digits. So the number combination is 10 X 10 X 10X 10 = 10,000. 

Or just simply as the other guy explained, 9999 + 1 (0) = 10,000. 

If each digit has 4 choices of the number, then it is 4 X 4 X 4 X 4. 

Once any number is picked and can not be used again, then 10 X 9 X 8 X 7

If the pool has only 4 number to pick and not to be reused, then 4 X 3 X 2 X 1
