I think these two poor people would of been better off with a death sentence.

How is it that anyone on or around Koh Tao at the time knows that these two were set up to take the fall for the "high profile" scumbag that actually did it?

The "Boss" is a well documented case of one rule for the have's and one rule for the have not's!!

These two have unfortunately been well and truly forgotten!!

Notice how this fat pig does not move for 18 seconds until the money drops!! And then he keeps edging towards it. Unable to resist, probably trying to give her the hurry up, in case, heaven forbid, she discovers her mistake and he might miss out on a tiny payday.

Obviously knew exactly what he was going to do from the moment it fell!!! What a sad man!!

As others have said before me. Hope he gets found and deported!

As other people have said the cracking on the sidewalls is the main indicator.

Does anybody know of any good translators who could attend a meeting at the Ministry of Labour in Jatujak on Tuesday? 

Short notice I know but been having a bit of a time! 

Or if anyone who can speak Thai/English fancies a little job? 

I'm hoping to be done in less than an hour, 2 at worst?, as it should be pretty straightforward. 

We have been told by them "it only needs to be a friend who can make us understand each other"

I know taking the day off was pretty stupid now but we were told at the start of the job we would be getting them all,  not just what they decided!!

I have been here for 15 months. It is a year visa . I only renewed it on 3rd April on a one year extension.

My contract was terminated on the 6th April.  My firm has left me in complete limbo and as of yet I have done nothing about cancelling it. They never asked for my passport back until abut two weeks after firing me.

What is my legal obligation to inform immigration when my contract has been terminated??

I have been to Ministry of Labour and I am entitled to ninety days pay

Does anyone know if it is a legal requirement for me to hand my passport over to my employer after getting fired? I'm guessing not as my passport belongs to the British government. He says he wants it so he can cancel my type B non imm visa. But I only think he is doing it as he is still angry after firing me. It would obviously much better for me if it didn't get cancelled

Can I just keep my passport and keep my visa active even after my work permit has been cancelled?

Also does anybody know the law on what they have to pay you if they have unjustly sacked you at very short notice without any written warnings.  

I took the bank holiday of April 6th off because it was a national holiday but because it wasn't on the company's holiday list I got fired with no written warning. Also three employees took the action of taking the day off but only two of us got fired!!!!

I know in the west I could have them for unfair dismissal all day long, but I'm guessing It's a lot harder in Thailand

I was told when taking the job to take into consideration the fact "that there are a hell of a  lot of public holidays in this country,  something like 20/22 " when working out the money to ask for.  I then started the job and the company issued a list of 14 holidays and knocking 8 of them off and getting told we had to work the 8 public holidays not on the company list.
