I would have believed that the fine for "drunk driving", would be very important to increase, for improvement of traffic safety...????
I wonder what "necessary reason" for driving on a footpath is...????Keep your 1 foot on the ground while using footpath, it's not driving then...

Hello. We are looking 3.0 liter Vigo 4x4 automatic with cruise control (for Koh Chang and driving boats time to time 100-300km) Someone is asking 2005 model 340,000thb but in the meter it have 250,000km already. I don't know service history yet.
What is reasonable price in your opinion and how many km you can drive with old vigo without problems?

He also failed his color blind test but what the heck !
What? This is very normal in here. Many drivers dosen't have any sense of physics or anything else on the road. So many times I almost had accident while driving my car in the same intersection while people drive red lights.
Once big bus drive through the red light and I ended up to hospital, back then I drove motorbike.

Disregard my advise from 10 years ago. My approach to soil fertility and plant nutrition has evolved with study and intensive practical experience. I now discourage the use of high NPK chemical fertilizers, there are inherent problems created with the repeated use. I now advocate for soil testing based fertilization, or next best is general purpose COF (complete organic fertilizer) mineralized, slow release, NPK percentages under 10. Read the chapter on COF in The Intelligent Gardener by Steve Solomon.
Soil testing is the best, with prescription soil amendments based on actual deficiencies found. Contact member Evolare about soil testing. bonemeal.net
Getting the Calcium level right, in proportion to Magnesium, is the most important and first thing to work on.
You can learn to make your own, but the only reasonably good COF that I know of being sold in Thailand is a bokashi from OrganicTotto in Samut Prakan.
Thanks for your reply.
I do not have time for any testing. So I prefer good fertilizer from the shop.

Is the mini-bus driver charged with anything and is he in jail? It sounds like a criminal act to me. I hope his family/wife demands a huge settlement from the insurance company and the bus driver. Also hope the driver's license is suspended for life and gets a minimum of 10 years in jail, with no parole.
Probably he is back on the wheel already. 1 big bus almost kill me 2017 when he drove through red light. Driver get 500b ticket and was hurry back to work.

Obviously wearing a mask is advisable but isn't it just recommended? Is there a law that demands that everyone, wherever they are located in Thailand, wears a mask? Serious question, I'm not being pedantic.
Actually they demanding masks in here, police can give fine for not using. We all know mask wont help much, but it make less the breathing air outside from mouth. I wear mask all the time I go outside but in car I remove it because it's not so comfortable to wear.

- The road looks clear - the Ambulance could have simply ‘undertaken’ the motorcycle (if the photo in the article is taken from a dash-cam of the actual event).
- It seems the patient was in critical condition, would a couple of minutes made any difference? if so, why didn’t the ambulance driver ‘undertake’ the motorcyclist instead of remaining behind him and later protesting?
Giving way to ambulances is something which needs greater attention in Thailand, but in this case I suspect the ambulance driver was making a point when he could have undertaken and perhaps made a difference instead.
And yes, get the motorcyclists numberplate, locate him and hang him high...
I was wondering same. And because ambulance driver did know he has an critical patient abroad, why just overtake motorbike and drive close enough him, I think that'll change mind of the biker.
I really want to see video about this incident before I make any accusations.

The visa amnesty is now over: Foreigners face fines and possible deportation for overstaying visas
in Thailand News

Before first lockdown people had enough time to get out from Thailand, but they decided to stay, so whose fault is it in the first place?
People who can't return their homeland now have already extended Visas, if not, they will end up to jail or deportation center.
