What about the basic animal cruelty in general?I mean not taking responsibility for the safety of the dog and its well being throughout life

I cannot believe the number of loose and mangy  and wild dogs wandering about. Some look like they are in severe pain. 

take care of dogs from pup to death  ensuring a decent quality of life

yes i have a view of care that is not affordable to many 

but I am sad about the number of dogs that are wandering about and not well cared for

I was bitten twice last year by dogs that were unprovoked and from the first I had to undergo and pay for the series of rabies shots. One of the two came at me from behind without me ever seeing it until after it bit me

Why bother????

I worked at a school in Sai Mai, Bangkok with many thousands of students and many farang teachers.

Many of whom did not have proper documents- not even fakes

the school simply paid them less than others who did have degrees (personal observation from talking with others at school) school was happy and people were happy to get money

Some were ok in the classroom and others were useless

Easy 

We went 2 weeks ago and it was easy- no issues-not crowded

it almost seemed too easy but no problems!

We got married in June in the village and officially married/registered in the beginning of August. 

Everything done ok hopefully...

I applied for their USA immigrant visa I-130  2 plus weeks ago

I am 44 wife is 50 daughter is 10 

We have lived together since June wedding as a family. 

Is there anyone who has applied for visas for spouse and step child to go to America?

Any advice/ wisdom thoughts about what else I might add to the application? timelines for Bangkok immigration office -I was able to apply here as I have been in Thailand since December of last year. I have only seen about men taking the spouse and not anything about non-biological children. I accept the girl as my daughter- she was part of the package. 

also is there anything I can do here in Thailand about having legal guardian status? perhaps to help visa application along but also to be able to deal with stuff in the USA (school enrollment and getting info, getting on my health plan, hospital access...) official adoption looks like more paperwork than desired and a lengthy process- we would love it if we could be in the USA for Christmas, and my daughter could start school in California in a school with a good English program for ESL students. -I know I am a bit optimistic. 

To repeat I have applied for them to be able to immigrate and get green cards followed by in a few years, citizenship if they desire. 

How long should this take to get the visa in Savannakhet to get the multi entry non-o visa based on marriage?

I know it is only for 90 days with the extensions thereafter... 

I don't have the money sitting in the bank. I have  a new contract for over 40K baht a month. 

I am trying to figure out what to do as my new job is not eager to get me a new non B before the 3 month probation is over 2+ months away. 

Is this a quick turn around visa like the non b was in Vientiane (give application in the morning with money and come back the next day in the afternoon?) or should I expect longer?
