sorry if this has already been asked, but how many times consecutively can you extend 30 day visa at immigration? i’m on my 4th one today. 

i leave the country get 30 more days then extend another 30 then leave again, would’ve been here 8 months after this stamp finishes. will they start getting funny soon if i don’t have a proper visa?

A letter from a U.K. psychiatrist is useless here. You need to go see a psychiatrist in Thailand and they will dispense a 30 day supply if they determine it is necessary.

And you don't have to go to a hospital to get it.  A lot of hospital psychiatrists have their own private practices too and usually stock the drug. You will need to register with them and have a short assessment. All you have to do then it return once a month (or whatever your preference), to get a fresh supply. One of my buddies is a middle-aged bloke and doesn't have any problems getting his monthly supply. There may be a small consultation fee added to the price of your pills for each visit.

in bangkok can buy over the counter but haven’t found a pharmacy in chiang mai that has it
