  1. I have had this happen a number of times on me . I always opt for the C O D Payment method. I think it is because the same seller has the item advertised mainly at different prices to tempt you but in reality they want to sell it at one of their much higher prices listed , so when it is cancelled and you then try and reorder it you go for a much higher price . ( It is like a sale in a shop where they say up to 70% off , but in reality most items are only 10-20 % off )

  2. The power is Ok , but more would be better , I have mine running in Echo Mode , but you can change the setting to a more sporty mode so acceleration may be a lot quicker. As regards being to big for a family of 2-2 young children , your children will  grow up need sports equipment etc so the car will accommodate all this in the future .

But why not have a test drive to see if the power is Ok ?

  3. Hi , I bought a Toyota Veloz in December of last year, have covered just over 4000km so far .

Things I Like , Size and space inside , nice driving position , good instruments , very quiet  and also good on fuel , highest KL was 23.3 but average about 17 KL.

Things I do not like ( minor points ) not many cup holders, passenger one should be same design as drivers one , Fuel release in awkward position for both Tall and Short drivers, 24v charger put under central armrest , would have been better on outside of centre console ,poor quality mats .

  4. Well you have to look if you can at what the price is coming up on the screen if it is possible to do so ( not only Makro , but also Lotus's and Big C ) have quiet often queried the prices with them at the checkout . Look out especially on Promotions and items that are reduced , as quiet often on reduced items they scan the normal barcode and not the reduced barcode .

As a final note always look over you bill before leaving the store , and especially look out for items that you might have bought quiet a few off ( as often they have recorded more than I have purchased )

    Regards

Curious as to how often you changed the CVT fluid ?

Various forums have stated that a doubling of recommended service intervals makes all the difference.

This is the #1 reason I did not want to buy a second hand one - no idea of how it was treated.

The CVT transmission oil was changed every 20.000 km at a Nissan Dealer

  6. Hi

Do not touch it with a barge pole ? The CVT Gearbox on the Nissans are prone to giving up at about 8 years of age , mine started to fail with 140k on the clock and 7 year 3 month old , Over 100K Bhat to replace , and talking to my local Independent garage about it he showed me 7 Cars in his garage all for the same problem , Honda , Nissan and Toyota .

Now looking at  Cars with a normal Automatic Gearbox like , Some Suzuki, Mitsubishi and Mazda .
