10cc but it's also has 4 valves instead of 2. 20% more horsepower and torque, more compression. It's a more refined engine. ABS on this model. Dash is better, easier to read. All subtle evolutionary changes that add up to better PCX.

Single channel front only. I'm not sure ABS is worth it. Brakes seem to be fine on previous models. New model is also not combi-brake which I thought was a good feature on older bikes. I let others debate if ABS belongs on a scooter.

ive used mine for 6 years and i agree that brakes are okay, but abs made a lot of difference,  at least for me. it's the only reason why iv'e sold mine and upgraded to an abs equipped bike, other bells and whistles of the latest models are not that relevant to my decision to change.

  2. Rode my PCX2016 up to 70,000 kms before I sold it. Great little city scooter in my opinion. The old 149cc engine was a  little  bit under powered but it was very fuel efficienct. My only concern back then was the lack of ABS on the older models. Not sure if the current one has single or dual channel ABS?

What is the best for scooters for use in the city and wet weather or is it a case of whichever one fits your bike as they are all about the same?

The new Pirelli Angel Scooter tire I think has sizes for most scooters and I heard nothing but good reviews about them .

    Experts.

    Not expensive.

    Honest.

im in BKK, plenty of shops here but mostly stocks are TL tires.

I just want to confirm  if I  can really put tubes on TL tires or not, hence this thread.

We just did exactly that and it looks fine, we'll see if we'll have any problems with it in the future.

I don't understand why you're confused. The logic is simple,  if you have a spoked wheel rim, do NOT use a tubeless tyre. They not designed for that purpose. Use a standard tyre plus inner tube.

Sorry, but I cannot assist you with on-line purchases. I have always used the original stock tyres from the dealer where I bought my motorcycles. Maybe you should try that route.

im confused because of two conflicting ideas; people confirmed it's alright to use tubes on tubeless tires, but now your'e saying it isn't.
