Hi I’d like to enroll my Cambodian gf in an English language course at International house Bangkok for 6 months. However, They’ve told me there is a minimum requirement of having graduated high school and a certified copy of the diploma is required to apply for an ED visa. Is this a hard rule? Unfortunately my gf only graduated junior high school and the ministry of education in Cambodia only issues Highschool certificates.
