20 Dec. 2018 U S Embassy gave out 400 income letters. ( letters good for 6 mons don't count on it) Jomtien is a Mad house, packed hundreds of people. closed for retirement visa at 2.00 P M...No fine for misplaced passport pick-up DISK...Ha need  fill out 3 forums and never forget your glasses

OP    you can't  check in to any Hotel. or Guest House on Overstay... 2016,  7000B OverStay, last 90day stamp showed had 12 more days,but retirement date (in passport) was about 20 days past, Imming. said I had no Retirem Visa at all.. I paid and they Stamped me....BEWARE  !!!   I  think the last 90 DAYS catchs a lot of us....Pattaya.....Very nice  people,, Last time in and out in 5 min....(3 mon. chech in)

Gov. hospitals are CHEAP....chest x ray ,Ekg , Meds, 28 blood tests, See student DOC cost ...1500B..........another time hospital stay 13 days Lung infection  13,000B.....Not 200,000--300,000B.....I Live on 15000B, have new CBF 500 honda, condo, new swiming pool, get Drunk, 35 yr olds all night for 500B and Bank the rest.........Life is Wonderful....

Check out Malay.  2 yrs ago a nice Imm Officer,woman, told me to go kl Embassy no problem get new passport..or talk to USA farangs about an Income letter. Cost first time for retirement visa single is about 4000B, NEXT years 1900B  MULT.  3-4000B a year,cheap, check in every 90 days unless out of the country.

I pay too much, fan,light, bad seal on frig. 300b 2017, Now 500B 2018..$100 usd condo with new large swimming pool. Happy,Happy have a nice DAY...same rent 7 years, I should get a Life !!!
