Sorry this doesn't help but i have a condo ( not in CM ) and the fees are reasonably high ( 50k p.a ), i often wonder where this and all the other fees go....... seems a lot for an office girl, pool boy, maid and gardener.....

you must know  at the AGM meeting they provide details  if not just ask for last years financials,    a shocking reply from any condo owner!

Get'cha one of these power meters and run the comparison.

    https://www.lazada.co.th/products/benetech-gm86-wattmeter-monitor-a-watt-220v-10a2200w-i2473860264.html

Or one of the many other choices available on Lazada.

Back home (Texas), I used the AC if I wanted to drop the temperature, and the dehumidifier if all I wanted to do was knock down the humidity.  Especially if I was going to be gone for awhile.  Otherwise the place would get musty.  I have no firm data, because there were so many other loads when I was home that I didn't have while away, but I'd bet $$$ that the dehumidifier was cheaper to run.  Just based on the amount of noise the A/C made and the dehumidifier didn't make.

Please post back with your results.

just how would you put that on your AC 🤔

how about taking a meter reading and running each for many hours at the same time over several days and see which one uses more (if you really wanted to know)

I only hope when Move Forward Party does get in they will do a huge clean out of lazy, corrupt cops and focus on employing cops who will actually work to protect the Thai public.

The whole current Police procedure manual can be torn up and they should get advisers in from Singapore, Australia etc to train them on how to run a Police Force that will work to bring down the hideous road toll

    you really are dreaming!

I don't buy the story of OP at all. A key card should be no more than 300 baht. Don't tell me the office asked for 3000 ?

If you can't afford it it's time to leave Thailand.

mine is charging 900 and now saying "not in stock"  so its not just the cost in many cases

I know if you transfer to the wrong account, the bank will contact the account holder and ask them to return the money. So, give your bank a call, and do a report with your local police.

yes im sure if you ask nicely the scammer will return the funds pronto

  6. DONT BOTHER:  I have applied and let me tell you my experience,

I applied and BOI would not accept my "pension income"  they think its salary even thou its pension income, anyways I moved onto plan B.   so I asked (via email) if I can use a lump sum amount within my "pension plan" and they said yes,

But when I submitted, they ignore it, and will not tell me yes or no.  (its been 3 months!!)

Communicated with BOI is VERY difficult, and thus I would not recommend it.  (that's me, I'm sure others managed easily)

I have begged to call and speak to someone to get clarification and they ignore my request. (They don't read your emails)

Oh and the system issues!!!   now I can't log into my BOI account, I've told them about the issues and no help.  Just see the link they have provided, normally it does NOT work.

Thats because shipping is based on LOCATION further to go = higher price.

When your looged in it knows your location.

you can easily and quickly verify that by changing address! (quicker than posting online!) put in "ship to" bangkok 10110 and its 64baht  and then ship to pattaya (20150) 120 baht  the "we hate farang" mystery solved!

First - where is the scientific evidence that alcohol consumption is a main factor of outbreaks?

    Complete utter rubbish.

Next - is this tool going to pay all of these businesses he wants to shut down out of his vast fortune?

Feel so sad that the Thai people have to put up with this inept, ineffective, and economy destroying leadership.

Since 2014 it has been a slow slide downward and I don't even think we have hit rock bottom yet economically.

hey i get it you dont like the current govt  but i would think it is commin sense that bars mean people are 1. closer together 2. in bigger groups 3. serving alcohol means people stay longer  "on average" compared to restaurants.   they trying anything to cut the potential transmition and Bars are the easiest and most common sense target.   look at soi cowboy  huge outbreak forcing closure of many bars   meanwhile pub staff lie in hospitals now because many people dont think bars and pubs increase covid risks and want to drink a pint or 12.

    TM7 form with picture.

    Photocopies of passport pages.

    Identity page. Most recent visa.

Entry stamp. TM6. Take along TM30 receipt printout from hotel if you have one. May not be required.

There is a print photocopy photo page lower level.

Many folk prepare all the photocopies, photo, etc prior to going to immigration.

can you confirm NO insurance is required for a TV extension?  i told no but not by anyone that has actually done it.
