Have just scrolled through THE thread but i would say;

Albania.

One of the poorest countries in Europe with cattel om the Streets and stuff like that but very friendly People and great value for money. Nice Long costline with the adriatic sea.

Not the ideal place for the Winter and not part of EC. Have to check My passport to see how long they let me stay. But I think 90 days and after that a border run?

Came though Pattaya about 1 hour ago just one police man seen, lots of motorcyclists without helmets as is normal.

But at least they dont state that today, 16th, should be different to other "normal" days;

"For the official April 13-15 holiday, all roads will be open with at least two police officers assigned to each major intersection.
  On April 18, the “wan lai” water festival day for Naklua, police will be stationed around the Dolphin Roundabout to support residents and check on safety."

But it for sure would not hurt........

Yepp, You state yourself as both be person that are submitting THE report, on top, and alien staying in the condo, in the middle of the TM30 form.

Done it myself in Pattaya immigration. I hade THE house Book with me too.

You could have a flight arriving at Suvarnabhumi, and a flight from Don Muang to KL.

  It seems very odd to try to enter Thailand if holding a same day ticket to KL. Normally one would just transit without passing immigration.
 
 

It surely is not odd, an occasional times when flying home to Europe from either Indonesia or Phillies via Bangkok, I have rushed through immigration a taxi to downtown BKK for some beers gogo and a massage. Then straight back to the past midnight flight back home.

But it is also a way to try to eliminate competition by neglecting safety, by paying very low wages, attracting cheap labour, cheating on maintenance, etc

I'll have a go at it...  That type is (maybe) not sold here because it only has a single socket.  The locals will load up an extension board/wheel with at least 4 sockets and using 1mm² cable, or less, with rice cooker, refrigerator, fan, TV and even power tools.  No use at all for a single socket extension.

+1 now i did not have post the same thing!
