In which ever units the area is measured, it's still the same actual area. 1 T Wah = 4 sq mtrs. Not the most difficult maths in the world.

Not if you play the game right.
Is golf not a lot of walking, or buggying, and the occasional (18) very short bouts of medium exercise, not even cardio worthy?

That depends on your motives!

it is perfectly possible to be ordinarily resident here from the day of arrival, when it is clear that that person has, upon arrival, taken up settled residence. In each case, it is for the relevant body to decide whether the criteria within the ordinary residence description are met
So I arrive at Heathrow after 10 years in Thailand with a bad disease (not Covid), and tell the Border man that I am here to stay. What criteria do I need to meet to be allowed in as a settled resident please?

Have started resting the beer now.....one it costs a fortune (when accompanied by a lady drink) two I find I drink small bottles much faster than the equivalent amounts in a pint glass.
Then why not pour two small bottles into a pint glass, and kick the lady drink into touch.

Some vehicles brake down while crossing the tracks or another incident might happen.
I know what you are saying and i agree but there is always something that could happen.
How long in time, does it take a vehicle to traverse the tracks, should be about 10 seconds. But yes, BREAKdowns do happen, but why just as the vehicle is crossing the tracks. Sod's Law.

Wasn't the Bus that Plowed into the Train?
The way this is written it means that the train was at fault.
No, it's the way YOU are interpreting it which is wrong.

It is to allow an escape route in cause you get caught in between closed barriers, hey it is a reason!
I did not make this up.
People have got caught in between, panicked and died.
Should be part of drivers training, nevermind the damage you do get off the tracks!!!
I can see your point about an escape route, but no vehicle should ever be in that situation as the lights & bells start well before the barriers come down.

Which kind of grass did you use? Do you water it in the dry season?
No idea about the type of grass, it came in rolls.
In the very hot season I do not water it, I let it die and it comes back as soon as the rain comes.

That is your point of view but there is a sound reason for half barriers being installed.
Go on, tell us then!

Should that not have been determined before purchase?

The 'DUEL' went over your head then ... like your little 'diskussion' with Crossy a week or so ago ... LOL
It certainly did, and I would be pleased that, if I make a mistake or typo, someone pulls me for it.

Turning an electric guitar into a kind of hurdy gurdy, interesting development...
If you don't know what a hurdy gurdy is, then it's a fascinating medieval instrument, which of course already has seen a new era after being electrified...

DA stands for duel action... you can google...plenty of videos on YouTube.
Detailed... was eating breakfast at the time I wrote the reply...should have written ‘detailer’. Please don’t tell me you don’t know what one of those is... again google is your friend.
Anyway aren’t you the grammar police guy? ????
Of course I know what a DETAILER is, it is one who DETAILS. Or it could refer to a Military Officer who sends a number of troops ( a detail ) out on an exercise!
And a DUEL is a fight between two contestants, usually over a woman!
I have been known to pull up some members when their English spelling or grammar is bad. LOL 555

This kind of issue is going to become more and more of a problem for people who don't live in their home country and pay no tax.
AML/KYC - making a nightmare process out of something which should be simple, unless you're moving millions at a time then people should not even know what AML/KYC is.
Which the majority of us don't know what these TLAs mean!

Two individual computers will clock very close but not exactly identical, and there is still the human component.
I did mean a clock signal from the same computer which is for example running a DAW.
And as for the human component....a computer will usually only do what it is told to do....usually!

Try and get two guitars like this in sync on a song. They will be out in moments.
The OP does say that the speed can be conrolled by a computer, or I assume midi clock. So not really impossible to do.

Brand name and model number of laptop? Will help to determine what kind of SSD it can accept or if it already has an SSD fitted. Full model number if possible.
Will a 2.5 inch SSD of any make or capacity fit into and work with any laptop or PC?
To determine whether or not an SSD is already fitted, put your ear to it on boot up, or while running.

And why move 750 people....from where, there do not look to be many houses around. And when it did explode, the shockwave in the water didn't even reach the jetty on the right of the picture.
There have been ships going over the bomb for over 75 years, luckily!
