I'm currently on a smart visa, its finishing in the upcoming month, my new company wants to hire me in Thailand. if i got to India and applied in the embassy there. i heard it take time i have to apply through VFS.  I want to know if  its possible to go to laos and apply for non b and come back by land to thailand.

I'm Indian. recieved documents from my company in thailand. got 90 days non b visa single entry and have work permit now. my company is telling me i need to go to india every 90 days and apply for new non b visa. some of indian people in thailand they were telling me i dont need to go india. i can go to immigration and extend my visa 90 day visa.

i dont know what to do?should i go to india or apply for extension in immigration.if yes what are the docs will i require?

what will happen if the employer cancels my work permit after i return my WP and Resignation letter. my ticket back is on 27th January.  i'm little nervous because i got visa by applying documents like job offer and lot of papers. am i allowed to travel inside thailand somewhere before i leave country ?

I came to Thailand in November month. my visa is valid till 28th January  2019. what will happen if i resign my job tomorrow and gave work permit to the employer. am i allowed stay till my visa finish? 

would i be possible to get another good job with non b visa after. ?
