Why Oh Why

I just checked the website and it does not provide Thailand as a country of residence. How is this supposed to be filed in, as I've been here for over 18 years and have a valid long-term visa? Another well-thought-out immigration requirement?

I'm confused (not an uncommon state for me in Amazing Thailand) Is this RTP debt or combined officer's personal debts? This makes for 2 completely different stories/issues.
