Yes, you seem easily convinced. You're convinced you can't do anything to help, so you'll just moan on about others.
I recycle virtually all my waste, and I pick up a fair amount of rubbish. Since I've started, a few other others in and around my home have joined in.
But clearly, your moaning is helping a lot more.
I can't speak for other people but I wasn't moaning. I asked a question to do with what the Thai government promised to do, which was to try and dramatically reduce plastic wastage in Thailand. I wanted to know if there were any sights to provide information on their progress. Your response was "Yes, if one exists, there is someone who knows where to find it." which was not helpful. I didn't say we needed to rely on the government. I just wanted to know how they are progressing with the promises they made publicly.

According to: http://www.nationmultimedia.com/detail/national/30347045?fbclid=IwAR21jfPOVZcMgB1fceHukm9fiQJ26_C-pKsxYlUCchSXMwpfBLxaxW20Cds
QuoteThai industry declares war on plastic pollution with ‘unprecedented’ public-private effort.
Falling annually on June 5, the day carried the theme of “Beat Plastic Pollution” this year.
“All government agencies under the 20 ministries will set examples for others to follow. They will reduce their use of plastic bags and foam containers,” Natural Resources and Environment Minister General Surasak Karnjanarat said yesterday. He said ministries would pursue tangible results so as to encourage all other sectors to halt their unnecessary use of plastic. The government had declared waste management a national agenda, Surasak added.
The move follows Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha’s April 17 order for the ministries of the Interior, and Natural Resources and Environment to campaign for reduced use of plastic.
In the article, it states:
QuoteIn an effort to tackle the problem for the next five years, the Plastic Industry Club, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Thailand Environment Institute Foundation yesterday launched the “Public Private Partnership for Sustainable Plastic and Waste Management”.
Such initiatives or partnerships would usually have an annual report. Is there anyone who knows where to find a report on their progress? I tried finding it through the Federation of Thai Industries website but it doesn't seem to have any sort of reports/publication on their own projects. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

So I just saw this video about some local Thai Guy who was so good at getting with Western women that eventually he was reported by other Thai people to the police for his "risky behavior". What the hell? Why do people care what he did. I don't understand this. Could someone explain it to me. This is the video in question.
Where does one even report such things to if they wanted to? I doubt you can just call the emergency police hotline for such small things. I'm suspecting perhaps it's this department?

It will take a long time before Thailand will legalize it as a recreational drug. Besides, even in places where marijuana is legalized in America, scientists get the worst sort of weed to actually do tests on. Who knows whether medical marijuana would be useful in Thailand, and if it does roll out in specific hospitals, it would probably be really expensive.

Could someone tell me if what Cindykaty said is true? Is there any evidence to this?
