What utter twoddle and nonsensical blustering is this Sir? I fear you have totally misunderstood the situation Sir!

Contacts on a telephone are not automatically stored any where other than the phone they were entered onto. They are only stored on GMail and Google if you use GMail and Google, have an account with them and then

choose to store your contacts on there.

I own a mobile telephone device, although it is not one of these "Smartphones" it is just a phone - It has a large store of my contacts that are n two places at the same time, one half is on the telephone memory and the other is on the sIM card held within the telephone, none of these contacts has been or ever will be stored on either Google or Gmail! You see, the poor girl just wants her phone back for the same reason, nothing to do with Google or Gmail or the internet of things, just some addresses, names and numbers stored on her phone, smart or otherwise.

yes you are right, keep using a ridiculous old phone and next time please come to complain that you lost all your contacts hahahahaha...

So 6 people from the village went to her house to take off the meter. She has been warned about this 2 times. She went outside and attacked the people. First she grabed another woman from behind, on her hair, and smashed her around, to the ground. Then she went inside, and came back with a big scissor, and went after everbody, so all the people scattered apart and run home. The lady that was smashed to the ground had to go to the hospital. Bill so far over 3'000 Baht.

she has balls ! hahahaha !

just move out ! or maybe you bought a house that even doesn't belong to you ? 5555+

About the same for me I reckon.   Me and the wife (no kids anywhere) do fine on about 78,000 baht cash and credit expenditures each month.  Live modestly but not wanting, then cut loose when we go on holidays abroad.  Life would be very different if we lived where I'm originally from (Southern California).

Quality of life is a different thing than economics for me though.  I don't like where we live and wouldn't shed a tear leaving Thailand altogether.  For me, there's no substitute for the home turf on the Pacific Ocean - fishing, boating, pleasant weather.  Thailand doesn't do it for me, although Andaman Sea side would probably be alright.

so sad for you to live somewhere only because of economy. some people must have a sad life around here.

This might come as a surprise to some people, but Chaweng is not Samui. Chaweng is just one tatty, dirty village on this island. There are other, much nicer places. Here is a clue - Ritz Carlton, The W, Tongsai Bay, Six Senses, Hilton, Four Seasons etc - none are in Chaweng.

Not everyone comes to Samui to party in Chaweng. Lots of my guests never go there.

The only time that I see numbers of guests heading for Chaweng/Ark Bar is when there is a flurry of bookings around the FMP dates.  Even these guests tend to stay in the Bangrak, Plai Laem area. It is cheaper to rent a 4 room villa on Samui than to pay KPN prices, but on the whole people come to Samui for the quiet, tropical beaches, good quality, reasonably priced local food and to enjoy the environment.

Chaweng rents are high and so prices are also high. Not many reasonably priced restaurants serving good food. Traffic and parking is a pain. Even the hospitals are expensive!

Chaweng might be dead but Samui certainly isn't.

I have been living and working on Samui but I perfectly disagree with your opinion which is so wrong to me. It seems that you know only one side of your truth.
