Strange is that the meassage comes when open the website. And....please update your password BEFORE logging in. (You have to login to update the password). Are there other people who get the same message?

Every time when go to the TM 30 website I get a message to change password. I did it twice but the message remains coming. Login is not a problem yet. Anybody has the same?

Thank you for the response with 77 replies. I am on retirement visa extension. Can it be a problem if I am not in Thailand today at the day of surprise visit? With a valid visa and re entry it should be possible to be not at home by a surprise visit..

Today (saturday) an immigration officer from Kapchoeng/Surin office called my gf for the exact loaction of my house in the ricefields when they where near. The officer told to want check if the house really exist.The gf who was with me when I renewed the extension gave her phone nr at that time. She lives in Huahin. I am registered and live every year many months in Surin near my sun. On 26 march I renewed my extension of stay until 19 april 2026. On 3 april 2025 I left Thailand to take care about my mother who was into a hospital and after got dement. Next month when all the problems about mamma will be arranged I come back to Thailand. Does someone has this experience with immigration and should it be a problem that there was nobody at the house? They even not called my registered thai phone nr which also works outside Thailand. In the immigration system they also can know that i left Thailand on 3 april by plane..

I would advice you to renew little bit after your driving license is expired (birth date). In that case you get a new one until your first birth date + 5 years which can be nearly 6 years total.

That means in the future I cannot upload attachments?? In the past I uploaded 6 with the result: Attachment Quota 0% You have used 1.33 MB of your 1.43 GB attachment limit.

When click on my name and follow attachments I see the next concerned to 6 attachments I uploaded: Attachment Quota 0% You have used 1.33 MB of your 1.43 GB attachment limit. Sorry now just see it is just 1,33 MB and not 1,33 GB uploaded,...small difference 😇 But is it never possible to delete an earlier uploaded attachment??

In what way I can delete my former attachments over the last years. I nearly reached my attachment limit...

Thank you for your advice/help; it's getting a long storie. My first question today was about how to extend my stay in thailand without extension of current permit to stay. I will try to extend the current permit to stay,if cannot I think leave and re enter the country to get 30 days until my flight in May and try an other way to can stay in Thailand... The current rent contract is valid until december this year; maybe they can accept that wit a TM 30.

The owner is an ex gf... not like new gf... The ex gf not care about the house and gave new copies of id and signed tabain bahn and sighned tabain bahn where she live. A new rental contract was lost by the post (I have a copy by Line) and she not want to make a new one.The TM 30 I can provide myself online as I did last years.... other accomodation is not an option; This house have 19 years... Does immigration normally require ea rental contract? your first idea was not need.

In the extension rules do I really need a rental agreement?I also thought longtime that proove of living there (example bills in my name) could be enough. I know if IO want it, it's not esay to get an extension without that. The "owner" is a story about gf and ex gf..
