That's the whole crux of my post, that I accidentally reported a month early.
So who's fault is that? Go there again next month and explain to them that you got confused with the difference between 60 and 90 days and show them your bank book again. I'm sure everything will be fine.

Haha, perhaps that's where giddyup got his virus. It might even explain his fixation with dampness being the source

It does seem that if you use an agent then you will be tied to them for at least 2 years. Not sure they would still charge the full 12500+ fee for the second year if you had the required 800000 in the bank which you would need to deposit in preparation to escape their clutches for the third year. I have a feeling an agent quoted me 7000 if i had the funds.

I know an ex of mine was and she had a huge set herself. She always wanted to try a threesome with another equally well endowed lady, unfortunately never happened.
No doubt it had a meat and two veg too

If you already have a non'o visa then the agent fee should be no more than 12500, but if you're starting from scratch, then expect to pay at least 20000

@Peterhua You posted a "sad" emijon on the post above, would be great if you could tell me what was sad about it...????
The fact you're even questioning somebody's choice of emijon is in itself very sad. Stop being a cry baby and accept that you won't get likes all the time.
I really can't be bothered to explain why i thought your comment was "sad" other than to ask you how many km's you have driven in your little 5 year old Suzuki with a cvt gearbox? And then ask you to read HauptmannUK's comment where he highlights some of the pitfalls of owning a car in Thailand with a cvt gearbox.

I’ve asked him 3 times whether he finds it ok that an old man has paid sex with underage girls. He refuses to do so. Guess why.
No need to guess. On one of his previous comments he reeled off a list of pornography sites where he said child pornography and other sexually deviant porn was available

Every culture has their own definition of what is normal, and it's a constantly changing thing. What the West considers normal would get you killed in some countries.
Please tell us what YOU consider normal?

The difference being I don't need to go to a melon farm in Australia to find a good one, I can buy it from the supermarket. I'm quite happy to stick with the fruit that does have taste here, like bananas, pineapple and mangoes.

Quickest way to lose money is buy a new Chevrolet in Thailand

Make sure you buy a couple of extra buckets to save the leaking water. You could then use the water for showering or washing up. That should help reduce your water bill.

All cars can be opened from the inside, battery flat or not.
But a 5 or 6 year old probably wouldn't' know how to especially if they had locked the door/s while playing.

I travel by car each month from Patts down past Hua Hin.....takes me three and a half to four hours
Three and a half hours? Well that would depend on traffic, roadworks and weather conditions. And you would need a nutter driving the vehicle. Hmm maybe that's it...
Almost forgot. Cost in fuel getting there?

If the sea is a flat calm then possibly....two and a half to three is more likely...but lo and behold if they decide its "too windy" aka not enough passengers..... it gets cancelled
Perhaps you can tell us how many times you have been on the trip to be able to quote times like that. Is it a few or are you just guessing again?

7 hours ago, Leaver said:I was thinking pre virus. Less western tourists means less western expats in the future. The oversupply keeps downward pressure on values. They are still building more. The baht is strong. There is a higher cost of living in Thailand when compared to neighboring countries. Harsher visa requirements to neighboring countries. Ageing and failing infrastructure. Also, there were, and still are, thousands and thousands of properties on the market in Pattaya. All of this is pre virus.
So all these companies that are building these high end condos and the improvement of Utapao airport, oh and the soon to be started high speed rail links, the many improved road infrastructure are all a waste of time and instead we should all listen to you and run a mile from the doomed Pattaya property market?

None of them are Thai citizens and none of them has permanent residency so why do they think exceptions should be made for them to come to Thailand.
I do understand why they might prefer to live in Thailand against living where they come from but that unfortunately is not a criteria that will get them in.
