I posted my original qu .it disappeared and I couldn't find it. So I assumed that it didn't work. .so I started a new thread.

Can u please before jumping down people's throat try to understand that things are not always  as u see them to be. I wish u a happy Saturday. ..

However..I would still like an answer to my qu that asked if I can do a tm30 without a fine. .I don't care where it's answered.

On retirement ext.in room in bkk.

My landlord can't be bothered to do tm30 or do it properly. 

Simple qu...can I go myself alone to CW to do a tm30 when I get back from uk or pattaya  (as now needed I hear).?????

I don't have Landlord ID  card or blue book.he won't give to me. Even a copy.

Can I go to CW with my passport. My tm7.my rental contract and say i want to do a paper tm30 right now and I would like a tm30 receipt at the end please. ..

Landlord doesn't care as he know 95%of time is farang who gets the fine. 

I don't want a fine. I want to do a tm30...simple

Oh...and before u suggest it..landlord won't give me the log in and password so I can register myself on the website..already ask him that. 

I'm totally stuck...help

I live in bkk in a  room. I'mona retirement ext.landlord doesn't like doing tm30.im lucky if he will do it for me and he won't give receipt for me to show CW.

In fact  last year when i left thailand I got a Screenshot of the form he filled out.no receipt.

This June when I came back from uk I got a ok I will do it from him. ...nothing else. .I still have no idea if he's done it or not.  ..no Screenshot .no receipt.

I can't pressure him as he knows its farang 90% of time that gets the fine when we go to immigration office.

Now the rules have changed I read that even a trip to pattaya will involve a tm30 when I get back to bkk.

Landord won't be giving me him log in and password to the website for me to do it. And he can't be bothered with tm30.

Can I go to CW on Monday morning after a trip within thailand or abroad and do a tm30.by myself? ??????

I don't have the landlord I'D number or blue book or whatever it is called. ...I simply want to fill out a tm30 on paper  in CW myself and register me back in my room....without a fine or they telling me to get landlord to do it. .

I don't care if I spend all day on a Monday in CW doing it...simply can I get a tm30  receipt in my hand if I go to CW with my passport and room contract and tm7 and no details of my landlord which he won't give me even if I asked.

Please help. .I've had enough of this tm30  nonsense

The bts extention is full on construction. ..the traffic is standstill.

The motorbikes ride the pavement. 

The bbq sellers are on the pavement. 

The ac  are all on full.

The buses are churning out black smoke do I gotta wear a mask. ...that's not helping.

Last week I went to pattaya and was  shocked how cool it was in comparison. 

Going back to uk next week. I think I should have gone mid Feb. 

A 5 min walk from my condo to lotus and I'm sweating like Gary glitter in a courtroom

If u r staying in a hotel in Thailand then they do it. 

But if u r staying in your own place rented or owned the rules were tightened up last November or so. 

There are a  few videos on YouTube about people getting fined when they go to immigration if they don't register within 24 hrs.

I did say I am registered currently bit I'm going to Vietnam next week and upon my return I need to be reregistered at my condo within 24 hrs.

My question's were..

1.can I go to wattana and do it myself

2.what papers do I need?passport and condo contract? 

3.is it free to do yourself 

The owner of my condo can't be bothered to register me as living in his block.the last time I went to wattana to extend my visa  they said im not registered as there and fined me 800.

I'm going to Vietnam next week for short trip.

I know I got 24 hrs on my return to register me as in my condo. Its a waste of time asking the condo owner as he doesn't do it. 

What shall I do. 

Can I go to wattana  myself to self register or declare? ???

I know it's the owners responsibility and he can get fined etc etc. .but he's doesn't care. 

So if I go to wattana the morning after im back. .can I register myself and what papers do I need to present  and is there any charge? ?

By the way. .I'm on a 1 year retirement extension

So where it says visa number I wrote in the ref number of my multi entry readmit permit?????

So why does it ask for visa number then. .

My 1 year visa extension does have a handwritten ref in the top left of the stamp. ..so I don't need to write that in the visa numbed question?

I'm male 52 UK. Just got my first 1 year non o retirement extension yesterday in wattana. I also bought a multi entry reentry permit that lasts until my visa ends.

I now have non o visa until 17.2 .20

I'm going to Vietnam for 1 week trip early March. 

What do I now write on my tm6 when I return to bkk airport. Qu are....

1.length of stay. ..do I work out the number of days until my visa ends? Which will be about 350 approx days after Vietnam  and write that? 

Or can I write for example 180 days and still get permitted until 17.2.20 on my stamp that they put in the passport. 

2 ...purpose of visit? ?? Can I just write retired? Or do I need write tourism?

3..residence? ??do I write UK ?even though I have no plans to return there in the near future? Or do I write my condo rental in bkk?

Because the Qu below this is asking  my address in bkk....

so for residence do I write UK or bkk?

And if it's bkk.then I need to write bkk to both the residence  and where I'm staying in Thailand question that is  immediately below it.
